very slow service, placed my order for 1 mesium pizza at 8:10pm, pizza wasn't ready until 8:43pm even though emailed receipt stated it would be ready at 8:33pm. slow staff that don't care.
The customer service was top-notch at Sandalwood location . The staff were friendly and attentive, and my order was ready right on time. The delivery service was equally impressive, with my pizza arriving hot and exactly as I ordered.
Overall, Pizza Hut continues to be my go-to spot for pizza night. Great food, great service, and always a satisfying experience!

I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut recently! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious – the pizza was hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Worst location ever. Staff is not helpful, always rushing to get your order in and end up Making the wrong order. Happened on 3 separate occasions. They told me they gave me a credit for the wrong order. Next time I came in, credit is no where to be found in the system. They transferred me to customer service and customer service transferred me back to the store. Tossed back and forth multiple times without the issue being resolved. Manager or owner of this location needs to take accountability for the employees who do no give a shit about customers or the orders.
