I ordered Dec 9 at 6:46pm was told they were busy it would take about an hour, I said ok. So an hour and a half later I called and still no pizza was told they will be there shortly. Kept calling after the 2 hour mark and they kept hanging up the phone. Pizza arrived at 9:55pm. I was full of anxiety and frustration at this point. I have tried calling Dec 10 to speak to a manager but they keep hanging up the phone. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.

If I could put zero stars, I would Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut. They messed up my order twice, even after I called to fix it. The dough tasted weird, the chicken tasted off, and right after eating it, both me and my grandma got super sick. We ended up throwing up and having stomach issues all night. Never ordering from here again. Super disappointed. I paid 32$ for for rotten pizza and wings. The lady even said they had a cheap deal for what I was literally ordering when I came it pick it up and never told me just to get food that made us both sick. Completely unacceptable. I’m never ordering from this location again and I hope if you’re reading this don’t ever order from here wasted your time and money and stomach. My dog even had a little taste of the chicken after it fell on the floor by accident now she has diarrhea.
