Worst pizza experience I recently ordered pizzas from Pizza Hut and was a bit disappointed with the experience. One of the pizzas was missing a topping that I specifically selected, and both pizzas had noticeably fewer toppings than expected. I usually enjoy Pizza Hut, but this time the quality didn’t match the standard I’m used to.This wasn’t my first disappointing experience—the staff had been unhelpful during a previous visit. Given the repeated lack of attention to both service and quality, I don’t plan to order from this place again.

Worst pizza experience
I recently ordered two large pizzas from this place, and unfortunately, one of them was missing a topping. I tried calling the restaurant several times to report the issue, but no one answered the phone. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem here. On a previous visit, I also had a negative experience with the staff, who were not very helpful. I’m really disappointed with the service and probably won’t be ordering from here again.

Incorrectly made my pizza by adding the very thing I hate the most of any food when I specifically told them twice not to add onions. I get home and take a bite and instantly taste and smelled the onions. I immediately spit it out and went back to the store. They wanted me to wait another 25 minutes after waiting 25 minutes the first time so they could remake. At this point it was already 11:30pm. I declined and requested my money back. Bhupinder, as stated as the one who took my order on the receipt refused to refund me and instead argued with me and then laughed at me. The worst customer service I have received in recent memory. This was the Pizza Hut on Bartley Bull Parkway in Brampton Ontario.

WORST PLACE EVER. didnt deliver pizza to our small party for 2 hours. Our family has been watching the cameras waiting and waiting for the delivery driver to come and give us our food. 2 hours passed and we are cancelling the order because of these lazy people. Called pizza huts number and they put us on hold for a total of 30 minutes and occasionally hung up on us for no reason while we were put on hold. You guys legit closed your dine in place because you werent generating enough money. maybe this is why. Your drivers dont leave.

This location is ridiculous!!!! I made an online order, came at my pick up time.... still waited an hour for my food!!! Apparently the cook forgot to do my order in the first place, and instead of informing me of that, she let me sit there for an hour waiting. I kept asking about my order, and they didn't inform me of anything. Finally I cornered a delivery guy which was a half hour in to my wait, and he informs me it's just been put in the oven!!!!!!!!!!! And after all that, you think they offered me anything to compensate for THEIR mistake. No. Of course not, that's how the businesses run in Brampton now. Poor service and absolutely no compensation. Ridiculous and horrible service, I wish I could take my tip back, and I'm NEVER tipping this location again!!!!!!!!

Worst Pizza Hut location. I’ve ordered Pizza Hut in many locations before and have never had this issue. I don’t know if it’s because it’s in Brampton or it’s because of the staff & the way it’s run. Twice I’ve ordered online with this location and my food shows delivered and doesn’t show up. It always arrives 20 minutes later than the expected time. Customer service is not help, and the pizza is all soggy by the time it arrives. I’m not happy and if Pizza Hut cares to know how this location is doing, it’s doing awful!
I ordered a pizza throughout delivery, i asked for black olives specifically and i got green olives it was supposed to be my cheat meal after 2 months and i was told if i want my pizza to be delivered i have to pay 5$ as delivery fees and i was agreed to it they were only replacing my pizza thats fine too but then i got the call that it would take 40 minutes if i still want the pizza. Am i stupid that i would eat one thing now and have to wait almost an hour to eat other part of my meal. If you don't wanna own up to your mistake just say so. You don't have to make excuses that the customer would cancel by themselves.

Spent appropriately $47.00. The order was taken very respectfully. However, the quality of the product is very low. The cheesy bread bead sticks appeared overcooked. The dough looked under proofed and felt stiff. The vegie lovers pizza lacked toppings and was also overcooked. The dough of the pizza was over proofed and had a sourdough taste. Quality control needs improvement. These issues can be escalated to Peel Public Health and Consumer Affairs if not taken seriously.
