The food arrived hot and fresh. I haven’t had Pizza Nova for a very long time but after spending $148 after tip it’s going to be a very long time before I ever order this very subpar pizza again. Ordered 3 pizzas, topping were fresh and well portioned but the crust was hard and very dry. Sauce is tasteless with absolutely no spice. The chicken sides were pretty good but if you can’t do pizza right who cares about the sides. This company had been in business since the 60’s, keep serving over priced tasteless crap like this and you won’t be around much longer.

Ordered pizzas, one of them seem to have a stone or something hard in it when biting down, spat it out and continued eating and the same thing happened again.
Pizza nova is always my go to for ordering pizzas and we have never had an issue before
When i called into the location and provided a order number they seemed to have a very difficult time finding the order, after some time they finally found the order and basically told me since they cut the pizza and delivered it there isn't anything they can do.
Called head office and they were able to sort it out within minutes but definitely will never order from this location ever again

I visited this location today and had the worst experience 1. Employees were not wearing gloves. 2. A girl who was making pizza was touching pepperoni and then she touched veggies to make second pizza (Cross-contamination). This should need to be reported to ministry. They should need to wear gloves and should need to take care not to do cross-contamination.
