Ordered pizzas, one of them seem to have a stone or something hard in it when biting down, spat it out and continued eating and the same thing happened again.
Pizza nova is always my go to for ordering pizzas and we have never had an issue before
When i called into the location and provided a order number they seemed to have a very difficult time finding the order, after some time they finally found the order and basically told me since they cut the pizza and delivered it there isn't anything they can do.
Called head office and they were able to sort it out within minutes but definitely will never order from this location ever again

I visited this location today and had the worst experience 1. Employees were not wearing gloves. 2. A girl who was making pizza was touching pepperoni and then she touched veggies to make second pizza (Cross-contamination). This should need to be reported to ministry. They should need to wear gloves and should need to take care not to do cross-contamination.
Recommend not to visit this location.

I visited this location had a worst experience ever.. Employees were making pizza barehands they were not wearing gloves while making pizza. A girl who is working there making pizza was touching her phone and then making pizza. A girl made pepperoni then she touches the veggie without washing her hands first. I recommend if you want to buy ask them to make in front of you….. 🤮🤮🤮

I ordered a large pizza from Pizza Nova through UberEats. We order from the Lisa St. Location all the time. On UberEats you can’t track your order because each location manages the delivery. My pizza was supposed to be here at 7:25. I called Pizza Nova at 7:43 and they said it was out for delivery. On a hunch at 8:03pm I went and opened the door. It had been sitting outside for I don’t know how long but long enough for the pizza to be completely cold. No one knocked or rang the doorbell. I called UberEats and all they offered was 20% refund. I called PizzaNova customer service and all they said was I’m sorry. I won’t use that Pizza Nova location again.

Awful experience, For the very first time I stopped by buying a pizza there. Me and my sister were starving.
We ordered at 6:47 pm and were told our pizza would be ready after 20 minutes. We waited inside the location, and nobody said something till I asked at 7:17. The pizza was over the oven for ten minutes.
They said the lady that took our order went home and she didn't say anything about our pizza. But even if that's the truth, what the hell me and my sister have been doing there. Nobody cares about bringing a proper service.
Such a shame. How can I support small businesses with such indifferent treatment.
