I don’t usually write reviews, but Abdul’s service at Pizza Nova was so exceptional that I had to share. From the moment I walked in (or called in!), the experience was perfect, and it was all because of him.
Abdul is the gold standard for customer service. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and remembers regular customers, which makes you feel genuinely valued. He’s patient answering questions about the menu, offers great recommendations, and his positive attitude is absolutely contagious. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and in making sure every customer leaves happy.
Whether I'm picking up a classic Special pizza (which is always cooked to perfection, by the way) or trying a new promotion, I know the service will be outstanding if Abdul is there. He handles busy rushes with a smile and ensures everything is correct and ready on time.
This Pizza Nova location is great, but Abdul is the one who makes it a five-star experience. He’s an asset to the team and the reason we keep coming back. Thank you, Abdul, for your consistently excellent and friendly service!

Came 5 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready. It wasn't. Asked to wait 5 minutes. Gave them 15 minutes. Came back, still my order wasn't ready. They accidentally needed another 15 minutes as they skipped over my order. Finally...what seemed like a 45 minutes later, got my order. Pizza supposed to be ready at 8:12 pm, got it at 8: 45 pm. First time going to this location. Last time going to this location!

This store delivery people are absolutely disgusting . About a month ago I ordered food and they drove around with my order for 45 minutes and lied about the oven being broken for the delay in the delivery as one store employee mentioned driver left 1 hour ago with my food . Now today I ordered a pizza and the delivery man left it on my front porch on the ground with bugs and flies flying around without knocking on the door or notifying me that my food is sitting outside on the ground . Absolutely unacceptable behaviour . The store manager is extremely unprofessional and lies

I ordered a large pizza Bianca and I can’t think of a better word to describe it except “cardboard” with a tiny sprinkle of cheese. There was quite literally 5 pieces of red pepper across the pizza and it was quite bland and flavourless. For $25 per pizza I expect at least a normal amount of cheese and toppings.
