The food and service was amazing! The new management team truly makes a great difference. I decided to take a chance after hearing that there were new owners and it was well worth it! I’m so glad there’s a great pizza shop in the area now.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my wife and noticed the location is under new management. I'm glad that I stopped in because the pizza quality and taste were really good. I got the Meat Supreme and my wife got another gourmet slice. Both were good. I also tried the cookies they sell and I will highly recommend it. The front staff was very welcoming and treated me as their own rather than a customer. It was definitely a first for me to experience this. We were going to take the food to go but the friendliness made us sit down and had our slices there. The seating area was spacious and clean. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

Was craving a good pizza and this definitely hit the spot! By far the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Pizza was cooked to perfection! The staff were very friendly. I came to learn the location is under new management, so I definitely recommend!
This place is fantastic! The food is incredible, and the customer service is top-notch. I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in. The store is under new management, and it’s clear they’re doing an amazing job. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend checking it out!
Vegetarian options: They have a variety of vegetarian slices besides the basics.
I can’t believe how unprofessional the Asian/Chinese lady was when I told her that she made my pizza wrong. I witness with my own eyes her throwing the pizza on the counter when she realize the pizza was made incorrectly. I kindly asked her for a refund, at first she seems like she didn’t want to give me back a full refund. I had to keep asking her several times. Finally I got my refund.
I will not be returning to this location or maybe not to any Pizza Nova moving forward. This was VERY unprofessional and no paying customer should experience this kind of behaviour.

the dough tastes good but the ownership here sucks. you pay 3.95 for a “premium” topping then they put literally 10 pepperonis on the whole pizza. there was literally no cheese on half of my pizza, you could see the dough and the sauce. very stingy with their toppings. go to the one on lisa street they are way better, never coming to this location again. so overpriced.
also. i did not order green olives on either of my pizzas, yet there was 2 rogue green olives on one pizza. if you have allergies i wouldn’t trust them

I ordered a medium veggie and a medium hot honey and they were both delicious. Crust thin and perfect, light on cheese, and well cooked like I wanted. Definitely ordering from them again!
