if u really want to eat garbage go this location..veggie slice 6.20 ..no quality ..old guy working there very rude..I buy slice there and throw in garbage.very shit location.used old pizza just warm it ..whole garbage location.wastage of money ..garbage garbage complete garbage..just want my money back.if the owner is honest he will reply and return my money back.came there at 11 am on 16 Oct.. donot go there..I will keep editing my review till I didn't get my money back.everyday..

Today is supposed to be our pizza day for our family, we ordered 3 of our favourite pizzas, my husband and my kids' pizza was ok. My husband loves NAPOLITANA pizza with black olives, mushrooms, and anchovies. We ordered 2x of anchovies fish, because my husband likes salty, and this is what we got, chopped anchovies, and you can barely see any. When we called to complain about they offered to us 15 % off the next order, but we didnt order pizza with olives and mushrooms , we wasn't happy about that , instead we were there and showed them our pizza what we get. I ordered August 10th. My food normally comes from Steeles Ave, for whatever reason it came fom 80 Clementine. The food that was delivered was disgusting. I ordered a chicken Mediterranean salad that was warm with warm slimy chicken, not fit for human consumption. I also ordered a veal sandwich, also not good. I will never order from pizza nova again, I was a regular customer.

Food is amazing, let's get that out of the way. However, there is this one particular lady who works there. I mean no disrepect but she's short and a bit on the chubbier side. Every time I go here (which is like once a month), she always smirks at me, gives me weird looks, questions and criticizes my orders, etc. Overall, she's very passive agressive and has 0 customer service skills. I think she was handed that job from a friend/family member becase no way did a competent manager hire her based on skill. I'm there to order food and spend my hard earned money, I do not need someone questioning my choice of toppings (which are not even strange) or judging me for coming back twice in 1 week (which happened on one occasion). It is very unpleasent. I will be returning to this location as its 5 minutes from my house and reliable but please be ware of this lady.
