We ordered pizza just now by delivery but i am so disappointed by the quality of pizza. It was half baked & super dry dough.i will never repeat order from this location & suggesting people to avoid this location

We placed a order around 12:56 am for delivery and after 45 mins when the pizza did not show up called pizza pizza customer service to complain and ask the eta of the pizza and the agent had told me it is their fault as it showed pickup on their computer screen so after 10 mins on the phone call with the agent, he promised the pizza will be free and will get the store to deliver it asap to my house due to their fault and delay, but guess what its 3 am and the pizza did not show up yet. Garbage customer service and bunch of liars made my family stay hungry waiting for it to come. Don't lie or keep customers hopes up. Everybody stay away from this location and do not order from pizza pizza.

Ordered a pizza at 12:56 am for delivery and after 45 mins called customer service to find out where my pizza is and was told their computer somehow had a error showing pickup that’s why didn’t come but didn’t even call me once to confirm? so the customer service agent said they will deliver it now and the pizza will be for free because of the delay and troubles but it’s 2:22 am and it’s still not here. Pathetic!

We order a pizza with drizzle and olive oil. Paid extra $$ for olive oil but didn’t see on my pizza.
Check your pizza carefully whoever is going to this place. Its was my recent order. Wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. Try WORTHINGTON PIZZA PIZZA. Those guys are excellent.

These guys are terrible, first they don’t listen and then let you wait for more than half an hour. I ordered two extra large pizza and these guys did a great job to disappoint me. They gave me someone’s order. Its 2:00 A.M. and these guys have made me hopeless. Hopefully someone from the higher department will revert to me.

We ordered pizza and it’s too spicy, we usually order from this location almost same pizza with same toppings but this time they put too much chilli flakes that is not eatable at all
Worst food ever. Orderd a party size pizza with Garlic breads, you won’t believe that garlic breads were from walmart and they just put cheese on top. They burned the garlic slices properly!

Gave both locations a fair chance (17 Worthington) Fletcher's meadows and 9465 Mississauga Rd Brampton on number of occasions thru 2024. Tried dine in, take out and delivery respectively from both locations!
Unfortunately pizza pizza and 'fast food' down the tubes!
