If it’s possible to give negative ratings i would have gone for that . The person at front was so rude with me when i was there for the pick up if you are working as a front staff and representing the place be polite and humble for god’s sake you are working in customer service and what should i say about food pizza was burnt . They got our pizza replaced but this time it’s undercooked and undone get the person who know when to get pizza out. We didn’t call them again as it was useless them to call as they gonna prepare it according to their wish not customer. we got like 3 calls from them to bring back the older pizza like we are some scammers and thank you for ruining the late night craving. Worst experience.

My brother ordered at home a butter chicken pizza with green pepper and red onion. It came with grilled chicken instead of butter chicken. The customer service marked a complaint and after he replaced the pizza with the same topping (grilled chicken pizza) new pizza came with same toppings.. so this entire process took our 2 hour Am not stupid to confirm if its grilled or butter chicken… such a pathetic culture where customer preference is not taken and made me feel like why are you even bothering abt type of chicken.. just eat the damn pizza … i am done with this store’s service seriously…

I have ordered pizzas from this location before..but this time was a different experience..I ordered the XL 3topping(thin crust well done,cheese ON TOP of toppings..pepperoni, hot peppers,ham on whole pizza..pineapple ONLY on half) instead I got pineapples on whole thing and peppers on half..toppings on top of cheese..instead of other way around..kids get home from school(hungry monsters) only to start eating from it to realize its wrong. I immediately called customer service(great service btw)had another one done up to be sent over. Thx U..but then about 10-15 mins later I get a call from pizza pizza asking me to return the pizza that was delivered earlier..I said the kids already started to eat from it..he stated the manager insisted on it..I said you have got to be kidding me. He hates its ok if you dont want too..I said yea your right im NOT GOING TO..they sent 2nd pizza..better than 1st one. Delivery man asks me what happened..I said pls let your manager know I am going to do a Google review and post pics..I will most definitely think twice before I order from this location again..

Worst place. if you want to treated rude only then visit otherwise avoid.
