Look at this and believe they make this pizza for eat, however they make this pizza i dont want they think before giving to customers Very bad cook and very bad management who allow this kind of pizza to the customers Make sure and check before getting pizza from this store they have give you anything without thinking that is eatable or not.

Food was good, I loved the slices, but cashier was way too unprofessional! He was on his phone while warming up the slices, lacking any professionality. I know he didnt touch the slices directly but I’m very particular about sanitation and it felt very odd watching him use the metal utensil to handle the slice, and then immidiately go onto his phone, only to then use the same utensil to put the pizza into the box, which he handled with his ungloved, phone contaminated hands. This lack of care and attention can lead to accidents! (Eg some cheese from my slice was trapped outside of the closed lid) And definitely some grossed out customers. Please implement more stricter rules! At most workplaces employees can get fired for having their phones out in front of the customers but the management here seems a little too relaxed. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this restaurant again ):

Very bad experience I order medium pizza and they burn it When i eat feel like eating bitter aish More than over cooked

Medium thin crust with pep, mushroom and extra cheese. Didn’t even have regular cheese and the crust was so hard we couldn’t bite through it. Mushrooms were also almost non existent. My mum was looking so forward to it as we finally got together to celebrate her birthday. Poutine was okay but hardly any curds and to me overly salted Last time we had ordered from my mum’s store it was delish. Very disappointing!
I am giving this location 5 star because of the delivery driver Balvinder. I would rather visit this location in person then use their online app. They got my order wrong and then blamed me for it. The store went above and beyond to correct the situation. Thank you to the store staff for giving amazing customer service. No thanks to pizza pizza call centre people, they have the worst customer service. But the store staff and the delivery driver Balvinder have the most amazing customer service.

Worst Pizza Pizza store I have ever seen. I ordered via mobile app, showed up on time in store but there was no one available at the counter. I could see two people at back but they did not bother to attend customer. After 5 minutes, a lady from back came to provide someone else’s order. These people do not know how to greet and attend customer, I asked her for my order and for the payment. She went back and did not even tell me if payment went through. People are just ignorant and rude. I’ll never place order with this store. Hope I could give them 0 star, what they deserve. Poor customer service!
