I ordered a large pizza for pick-up and asked that it be well-done. Checking it on arrival, I discovered that it was barely cooked at all. When I asked why it wasn't well done she said I didn't ask for that but then checked the ticket to realize that I had. No apology, just a suggestion that I could finish cooking it at home. I almost walked out, but was too hungry. This is the new style of quality and service at Pizza Pizza. They don't pay attention to quality because they don't care. No idea how a pizza should be made and don't give a damn if you don't like it. Never again.

Had a great experience at this Pizza Pizza location! Rajee was super helpful and friendly—he made sure my order was perfect and even took the time to check in while I waited. Ordered two strombolis add pepperoni panarotti from Uber and never got the panzerotti
The wife and I Had a late night craving for some pizza. It’s pizza pizza guys nothing fancy, but the woman at the counter, I think her name was Reggie, was amazing.
As a hospitality manager, it was a memorable experience filled with hospitality. It’s the little things that go the longest ways these days.
