Hello Pizza Pizza,
I am writing this email because I am extremely upset with the experience I just had.
I called Pizza Pizza at 1:45 AM, about 15 minutes before closing time, to place an order. I understand it was close to closing, but the representative on the phone accepted my order and told me the delivery time would be 60 minutes.
I even questioned it, saying the store would be closing soon, but he assured me that it was fine and the order would arrive within that timeframe. It’s now 3:20 AM, and no one has shown up. I can’t even contact the store since it’s closed, and my wife had to go to bed hungry because your representative didn’t have the common sense to decline an order they clearly couldn’t fulfill.
This is completely unacceptable. If your staff cannot handle orders close to closing time, they should not be accepting them. Giving customers false hope and wasting their time in the middle of the night is unprofessional and unfair.
I expect Pizza Pizza to take this seriously and ensure this kind of mistake doesn’t happen again. Please review your process and your staff training immediately.

I would give them 0 star. The girl at counter was very very very rude, have no sence of customer service. She was rolling her eyes when my husband was choosing his topping and sides. What kind pf service is this. They really need to train their staff how to deal with customers. She just ruined our day. If you don’t want to work just stay home, don’t spoil others food and day. Very disappointed from her service. I will definitely call headquarters. It happened around 3:41pm in evening.

We ordered delivery services and the pizza and wings arrived 40 minutes later cold. The driver did not have the food in a warmer. We contacted pizza pizza immediately and they claimed they’ll send us another one assuming another 40 minutes later. They would issue no refund though I said they’re welcome to pickup all the food from the front door at their convenience. The cherry on top was the pizza smelled like spoiled eggs idk why or how. This is at 11 pm the pizza arrived and they’re requesting we wait longer. We ordered pizza Friday night for the kids as we were celebrating our anniversary.
Even if they were to send a replacement pizza, they wanted all the food. The customer service was absolutely atrocious! I could barely understand what the person was trying to convey to me through the multiple holds I was placed on. Way to ruin a pleasant evening we were having. Total was $49 and some change and they were not apologetic one bit.
At this point even pizza pizza has gone to shit

We went in 10 minutes before close and keshav the employee working immediately took our order and reassured that the order will be completed on time. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve received and man those pizzas were mad good too. Quickness and quality, keshav is a legend. Keep up the good work friend!

That day when i ordered cheese pizza slices the girl server she was rude , she talked with me kind of rudly no greetings at all but when an indian guy ordered his food she greet him and was smiling idk is she being racist or smtg but it makes me feel unwanted and i just left with my pizza.Pizza surely was crunchy and delicious at the beginning but the end part it kind of smells i ignored it that day but the another day i got a really bad diarrhea. That day when i eat that pizza i was on my break at work and i havenot eaten anything else entire day. I am never going back to thus place eventhough i am dead hungry.

Seriously, is this called pizza.?.?.?. i ordered this pizza today evening nearly at 6:00 pm. they gave me this ugly pizza. No any taste. Very bad customer service. lots of attitude they have. a girl was on call with airpords. She was just like no any responsibility about work. i also ordered classic poutine . They just gave me fries with sauce with 3% cheese out of 100. I know the taste of poutine. But this was really diagusting. i will never visit again there.

I placed a pizza order at 8:05 PM, and I was told it would be delivered within 40 minutes. However, by 8:57 PM, I still hadn’t received anything, so I called the store. The person on the phone said there was no order under my name and claimed they had tried to call me back to confirm, but I hadn’t answered.
This doesn’t make sense—why would they need to confirm the order again after I placed it over the phone? Also, I never received any missed call from them. It feels like they were just making excuses. Very disappointed with the service.
