I’m giving 1 star because it wouldn’t let me write a review without a star. This review is for the Montpelier St, Brampton location. The lady that served my pizza today was very rude, I ordered an extra large pizza for take out and I requested a few napkins to be packed. She first gave me a dead stare and then took out 1 napkin. ONE. An extra large pizza is basically for 3-4 people so now my question is, we rip the one napkin into pieces and share amongst us? I live in the area and I always order pizza from here almost once a month. We have encountered service issues almost every single time. We once went to the store after a long day to grab a slice from the counter and there was no cheese pizza available. So when I asked them when the next batch would be ready, they simply answered “tomorrow”. I have not seen a sign out or posting saying they are out of cheese pizzas, this is just them being lazy. Also not to mention, to order something with them over the phone is a big drama (trauma), they don’t say hi, they just ask “what do you want”? Unfortunately this is the only location close to us, but we have decided to stop ordering from this location whatsoever. This is NOT an AI review, this is my frustration with this location! I’m curious to see if I’ll be contacted regarding this feedback, but knowing them now I don’t think they would even care about this review. Please do yourselves a favour and do not order from this location.
