super accommodating staff! i placed an unpaid order online for pickup but due to personal reasons i was delayed by 2 hours to pick up the pizza. when i got there the pizza was still there and the staff reheated it for me and completely understood

I have ordered one medium pizza with two toppings, onion and sun dried tomatoes but your employee had added onion and red pepper. I am allergic to red peppers and I have to throw out full pizza for garbage. I don't know why you guys don't focus while working. Very irresponsible employees. Now what about my money ? Horrible location to order your food from. It’s been multiple times I’ve ordered from this location for delivery & the driver doesn’t call or even come up to the door. He just leaves and when I call the store they offer to bring back the same cold pizza. It’s ridiculous. You’re better off order from Pizza Hut or something

I used to live in this neighbourhood and dine in at this Pizza pizza location, it always tastes so good. They take care of specifications as per request. Toppings are evenly spread all over the pizza. It is always fresh. Now when I moved a bit far from this location and tried pizza at other franchises I was not satisfied. This location is the best in town for pizza pizza. Highly recommend

They are always disinfecting going on and staff and management are always doing their best for us to get hot delivered or take out option is better for hot tempurature food.

Not following the order instructions, as being a regular customer, walked in for an order, but after picking up and getting back home, I came to know that there wasn't any extra cheese in my 4 toppings XL Pizza compared to my Large Pizza. I've been trying to ignore this issue for a period of time, but I think the management should follow up on this issue, TY.
