Really disappointed with customer service of the store. The employee taking orders was so rude it seems as he was tired of taking customer. I was talking to him and he was totally ignoring. Atleast employees should have manners to talk with their customers. Visited this location for the first time and really had worst experience ever.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Pizza Pizza. Parul was unhelpful and dismissive. She seemed uninterested in resolving the issue and didn’t provide any satisfactory solutions. I expect better service, especially when dealing with concerns or complaints. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return.

Came in at 8:05 p.m.... ordered a walk-in medium pizza...
These guys couldn't even get it done in 40 minutes. It's now 8:40 and they're trying to tell me I have to wait another 20 minutes and they're trying to tell me I have to wait another time minutes
I did not receive my food. I had to literally argue to get a refund
I recommend not coming to this extremely discriminative pizza pizza.
I went there with my friends at around 1. When i told them can i use washroom the answer from the manager was no we cleaned the washroom because tomorrow is our inspection . Like seriously this is how they treat your customers. Washrooms are for customers use. Otherwise the food was great.
