I really don’t do review stuff, but this place, doesn’t really deserve even one star. Worst pizza ever.

Have ordered 50+ times from this location and mostly very good. Today order and driver delivers to wrong address 3 blocks away. Owner calls me to say they have my order and I go pick it up. Call PizzaPizza and their response is sorry. No offer of a credit …… last time I checked lots of other Pizza options.
Bestest in the town

The worst pizza pizza location. This location doesn’t even deserve one star. Awful taste, burned pizza full of chilli peppers. Even didn’t gave my full order- 5 dips and a topping missing. Owner is running the shitty store without really caring about the customer experience and reviews. Better go and try Avondale Boulevard, Queen Street East Pizza Pizza location. Maybe you will understand “QUALITY”.

Always give pre made cold half cheese moon.
It’s happened 2 times in a row. Ordered online takeout to save the time pizza pizza shows no respect for children food. So bad so unprofessional. I don’t usually write bad review but it’s kept on repeating.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Pizza Pizza location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service are not priorities here. The floors were sticky, the tables were dirty, and the overall environment felt very unhygienic. I even noticed staff handling food without proper gloves or handwashing, which is extremely concerning from a health and safety standpoint.

Terrible experience – will not be returning.
I visited this place expecting decent food, but instead was greeted by a filthy dining area and staff who looked like they couldn’t care less. Tables were sticky, the floor was dirty, and nobody seemed interested in cleaning up. The staff were standing around chatting instead of helping. This pizza pizza has the worst staff in night. Its my request to mangaer please take some actions on them.

Restaurantji Recommends
Everything was good however only if you guys can start corn and paneer topping as well this would be the best thing and affordable pizza yet very authentic in taste unlike many other pizza shops with unexpectedly high prices like small pizza is 23$????? but overall pizza pizza is great

Its a genuine feedback specially for owner as i read other reviews as but owner does not seems to care about it customer service is not good apart from that there is no cleaning inside or outside restaurant for reference i will share pictures as well and its not the first time i have visited them before also they have garage here and there inside and outside restaurant. I just want to conclude its one of the worst pizza pizza restaurant in gta area. For instance Food quality veggies are not cooked properly at all. Any it was last time i was there so just want others to know better stay away from this location. 1-2 people serving 8-10 people delay is obvious. They serve me burnt pizza.. you can see pictures. Waste of money time and food.

Let’s be brutally honest: this pizza looks like it gave up halfway through being made.
The cheese is a bland, greasy sheet with no color variation — no golden crust, no bubbling excitement, just a lifeless, melted layer that screams “microwaved mediocrity.” The red onions look like they were hacked apart with zero care — thick, uneven, and dumped on like an afterthought. Some are half-cooked, some look raw, and none of them look like they belong here.
There’s no visual balance, no appeal, no craftsmanship. It’s as if someone closed their eyes, threw a handful of chopped onions onto a frozen pizza, and called it a day. It doesn’t look homemade, restaurant-quality, or even fast food standard — it looks like a late-night mistake.
Even the slices are cut unevenly, adding to the chaos. It’s the kind of pizza that makes you hesitate before biting in, unsure if you’re about to be disappointed or just regret your life choices.
