I’ve placed a pickup order for Large Canadiana, Sofia and Gianni Ola. Their pizza crust is thin and crunchy and perfect.The people behind the counter were nice and friendly. Not something you can expect from a quick service pizza place that’s for sure. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend this place 👍🏼

I ordered for delivery and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes. They did not make my pizza till 20 minutes after the call and only took the delivery fee off. I should’ve gotten the pizza half off. Terrible service almost 5-7 people work there a shift and my pizza couldn’t be made for 20 minutes. I call at the 50 minute mark to be told my pizza just came out the oven and the delivery man just left. HORRIBLE

This is genuinely the best pizza i’ve ever had! I don’t have a single complaint while being at this restaurant, the place is super clean , the service, the staff and the food all made us feel so welcoming. The crust was perfectly crispy, super hot and fresh!

Don’t order from this location unless you want to wait a long time and never get your food. They do the delivery themselves and they put fake estimated delivery times on delivery apps and then keep changing the est. delivery time on your order. When you call to see where your order is, they say it’s out for delivery but can’t say when it will be there. They should be banned from all delivery apps.

Probably the best "chain store" pizza in Canada! Love to get a slice or two when visiting Toronto. Hope they open branches in Ottawa soon (we need better pizza slices in the nation's capital).
