Recently the guy delivering our order asked if he could have a $5.00 tip. Never has anyone ever done that. We have ordered from this location for years always happy with our food. We always tip even though they charge delivery. Because he did that to us we gave him less then we would have.

As a local first responder, sometimes we try to grab lunch, get an emergency call and have to leave before getting our food. It's okay, just happens. Nature of the job.Today, we hadn't had a chance to get a break yet, I was so excited for pizza! But of course, as soon as I tapped to pay, I heard our truck number called for an emergency, got to go, can't wait for the pizza.I want to compliment this store, we are in the truck getting the address and details, putting it into the mapping system when this wonderful man with glasses came running out into the bitter cold, quickly passing us the food as we took off.It's the little things. He really didn't have to do that.Thanks whoever you are, I was starving lol

The pizza we ordered was standard. Unfortunately, the wings we ordered were not delivered with the pizza and presumably were forgotten as we had to wait another 30 minutes for this. We called and there were no apologies and there was no willingness to rectify the situation other than bringing the food late.

Been coming here for many years. Great food and great service, but they need to stop putting (or letting others put) extremist, right wing newspapers on the counters.The papers that they have there are conspiracy newspapers that focus on anti-science and anti-LGBT stories as well as being anti immigration and particularly push anti-Jewish and anti-Muslim rhetoric.They need to either get rid of these or at least let their patrons know that they support this paper, so that they can make an informed choice.

So normally when we order pizza it’s really good but today when I ordered it was the worst pizza I hav e ever ate it was so soggy not crispy or not even good at all def not ordering again
I love this Pizzaville location. The staff is always very polite and courteous but most of all the pizza's always above par with quality ingredients. I've tried other Pizzaville locations in Brampton and they don't compare at all.

The cheese was not fit to eat and there was very little of it.Very few toppings on it. It was overall just pathetic. I won’t ever go back there. Go somewhere else.

Because of our location, we typically use the Orangeville location. The food we picked up in Brampton was made to order and tasted all right. But, the toppings were very sparse. It didn’t ruin the meal, but it was disappointing.
