We ordered from Pizzaville for a family party and it was a big hit—pizzas arrived hot, fresh, and tasted way better than most takeaway places I’ve tried. The crust was crispy on the outside but soft inside, and the toppings were generous but still held together nicely. We liked it so much that we ordered again the next week, and both the kids and the adults loved it just as much. Definitely recommend Pizzaville Bramalea for tasty pizzas.

I asked for “easy on the cheese,” which quite literally means using noticeably less cheese than the standard amount—but my pizza came with what looked like a regular portion. It didn’t reflect the request at all.
When I brought it up, instead of offering to fix it, the staff member argued with me back and forth. Only after I asked for it to be remade did she agree—there was no initiative to correct the mistake or offer a solution on her own.
After arguing, she then remade the pizza Which was supposed to be well done but was not (picture attached). I asked for the dipping sauces to be compensated, and then she proceeded to argue with me again, saying that she was not wrong.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional. Paying attention to customer requests and handling concerns with better customer service would make a big difference.

First time trying this Pizzaville location and wasn’t impressed. Ordered 4 Panzerottos and it took them 40 mins. Before leaving with my order, I asked them if they included the fresh marinara sauces for dipping.. and he said they were in the box. When I got home we were disappointed to see that they didn’t include the sauce and that they just gave us SIX packets of Ketchup!! Also, when biting into the panzerottos, they weren’t cooked long enough to actually melt the cheese. Not visiting this location again. Sandalwood and Kennedy Pizzaville is the better choice!
