Ordered pizza over the phone and pick up time was 20 mins. Made me wait 45 mins for a small 2 topping pizza. When i reached home i found that base sauce was not spread properly and some slices had no taste in them because of uneven base sauce. Very disappointed!!!

Its likely this was the last time coming to this location. They used to be fantastic - raved about it to everyone.
Their quality control is awful.
Ordered 2 pizzas - regular crust, for both. Picked up and got home to open the first - it was like a wafer - thin like crazy.
Called the customer service who was nice to make us a new one. But tell that to my family who now have to wait.
In the mean time, the kids get to the next party size. Looked decent - until you get to the center prices. Absolutely horrible - thinner than the first. You cannot even lift it up before the all topping just fall off. Need a damn spoon to eat! On the other hand the crust is a dough ball - clearly not rolled out evenly.
Not worth calling customer service again - I'll just take my business elsewhere.

No doubt pizza is always delicious. I did pickup from Bramlea sandalwood location , they have zero customer service . Girl at front doesn’t know how to treat with customer. I went there 4 -5 times in person she is always rude . This is not acceptable for anyone. Please give some classes for customer service otherwise change staff if they don’t wanna work . Please take action .
