We had a fantastic experience at pizzaville. The party pizza was flavorful and perfect for the group, and the chicken wings were cooked to perfection—crispy, juicy, and delicious. Today i ordered 2 large pizza for my new year party ...first of all the girl infront of reception told me to wait for 30-45 mins ...And after when i paid for my order she throw the box of pizza infront of me ..which was disrespect and she also forget to provide me dippings ..and when i asked her to give me dippings she did same .which i think was a dissrespect...They should know how to treat with customers ..As customer satifaction should be their first priority..

Giving one star as that is the lowest one can give otherwise pizza deserves -10. Ordered extra large 4 topping pizza, however despite paying for 4 toppings from the edges 1/4 pizza was empty, the entire pizza topping was falling apart from base literally falling apart so you pick up slice and the top will fall and you are left with plain dough base in your hand. And what can i say about cheese seems the store decided that today if we try to save on cheese for every pizza they sell they might get rich or atleast thats what my pizza screamed to me that the store has decided to save on cheese and get rich today. Overall save your money and your taste buds and order from any other pizza place except these guys, what they are selling is definitely not a pizza and you will end up paying $30 for the suffering.

They sell old slices, after mentioning to the employee about old slices that looked dry in the display case upon opening(11am) , she said I can wait for fresh slices that were just to come out of the oven, so I did.. first slice was great no issue however the second slice was a lot colder than the first and the taste/ texture were off, clearly Implying that she snuck an old one in there .
I would personally avoid such establishments in the future because who knows how far they’re willing to go to save a few dollars.

Pizza is always great. Dropped one star because this was second time in a week they didn't have regular coke. Either they truly didn't have it or the staff wasn't in the mood to go to the back to get it. Front fridge was fully stocked as usual. Seems odd that they were out of stock twice on such a primary product.

Ordered pizza from this location several times. It's never an issue, however yesterday ordered an xl and medium pizza. The pizza was rock hard. It was so thin crust, which is not what we asked for. The pizza only had paneer and cheese. We had asked for onions tomato and green pepper, which were not even put on the pizza properly. The crust was not chewable. We called their location, and the manager at the location stated there is nothing they could do. We did not eat the pizza and wanted to return it. He said he would not be able to make a new pizza or give us our money back. Usually, we order straight through the app or the pizza ville call center, and there is no issue. The workers at the store handed us their card last time and said to call the store directly to order, and they really gave a terrible pizza. Won't be returning. Rav

In my most recent visit my visit my pizza was already done and was left to become cold for 30 mins while I was waiting for a pound of chicken wings to be made. I have gone to this location a few times already and the food never comes ready when you order in advance.
No point in ordering in advance, their app says 20 minutes but expect to wait double that or more and have your food get cold. Bare minimum have hot food all ready at once when fulfilling take-out order - really some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced here.
I just had the most Delicious pizza at pizzaville.The pizza looked and tasted amazing.tried creamy garlic and cheddar sauce with my pizza .literally ?? Staff was friendly and my pizza was ready beforehand.service much appreciated.Will deinitely try their chicken pizza next time.
