I ordered an extra-large pizza with three toppings, but there were hardly any toppings on it. I also purchased potato wedges, but they didn’t include any ketchup at my request stated they dont provide. I was quite disappointed with the order...could not eat the food...trust me I throw...really bad cooking....better buy cheese pizza...haha hey owner we pay for it...put atlease 1 topping on each slice...common..also old guy forgot my potato wedges then I had to wait 10.min again..i was hungry but .I ate cold pizza 🍕 1 slice..my wrong place costs me 33 dollars...also noted that on the bills...no date...you have to ask for bill...all under table...by hand....but they charge tax also...that doesn't make sense.....sorry if I complain too much...really I didn't like the bussiness

I picked up an order from this restaurant and arrived on time, but the person working there was extremely unprofessional — he was on his phone the whole time. When he handed me my order he said, “Go back to your country” and openly said “I hate Indians.” That felt like blatant racism and made me very uncomfortable. If management doesn’t address this behaviour I will never return and I urge others to be careful.

Keeps getting more and more expensive and food keeps getting worse and worse. We used to come here every week, but haven’t for a while. I ordered a pizza last night. XL veggie pizza costed over $30, which is absurd. When I got home, I saw that they used such a small amount of cheese that on most of the pizza, all you could see was the sauce. I didn’t ask for light cheese, but the cheese was still barely there. They’re cheaping out at this location in terms of their toppings. Service is nothing special and atmosphere is very dated. Maybe ownership changed. Employees were definitely different from who I’ve seen in the past.

Yikes! I was in a rush and didn't get a chance to check the reviews before ordering...big mistake. I would not recommend this location if you like the pizzaville chain. I placed an order online for pickup and when I arrived there, the front door was open but nobody was inside. I shouted "hello?!" a few times to the back but ended up calling customer service after about 10 minutes (a couple people came and left during that time after realising nobody was there to take an order). It was only when the customer service agent called the location did someone come strolling from the back. He was not apologetic by any means and quite rude. The customer service agent on the phone wasn't any help either. I paid and left but won't be ordering from pizzaville again.

Worst service, never going to this place ever. They use abusive hindi language for their customers. Not at all worth it going there.👎🏻 Today went to this place and asked a girl employee “how much time for my order” and she replied with inappropriate language that was extremely disturbing for me.
Worst pizza place. The girl order taker was extremely rude and used inappropriate language, which really soured my experience. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She was using harsh and racist words. Never suggest to go there.

I have been taking slice of veggie pizza from last one year and never had any complaint but today when I ordered the same i felt like cheated since there was no toppings and the slice was full of oil. I asked the girl about the reason she started covering but saying that this how we serve the veggie pizza. Sorry to say but make sure you visit this branch when only the regular guy is available to serve you
