I came to this place with my friend. There was a person in line who was filming us without our consent. We felt uncomfortable and I felt unsafe. I would suggest the management to take responsibility regarding this issue. The issue happened at 12PM. It is not only unsafe for the customers but also for the staff who are working there because of that customer.

I hope there is a manager here or some staff to take responsibility for the things that are happening in the store. A guy was filming everyone and when we confronted he was behaving like a junkie. The staff is serving with smile to him without restricting him to not film anyone. I hope staff inside are having more concern about customers safety. Today I didnt feel so safe in the store. I hope this will be conveyed to all the staff.

Despite being very busy, these employees have showed great customer service and made sure food were served on time and were very nice, these two employees gurshant and savneet were very good to us and made our night with their kindness and fast service

I had a great experience at Popeyes recently, thanks to Anjali. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure our order was accurate and served fresh. Her attention to customer service really stood out — she greeted us with a smile and handled everything with professionalism, even during a busy rush.
It’s rare to see someone so committed to making sure customers leave happy. Kudos to Anjali for representing Popeyes so well!

Quite literally the worst experience ever. I’ve never felt so disrespected before at a fast food restaurant. I came in with my friends and was polite, i heard a bit of talking under the managers breath but didn’t think much of it. Even after I placed my order the people in the front were talking instead of putting our order together. My friend had a question so she went up to ask her question, however before she even finished her questioned they stopped her and assumed she was talking about the order we placed 10 minutes ago. I didn’t appt the fact that they not only assumed things, they also thought they could get away with it because we are kids. After a bit we came back to redeem the prize from the receipt. Before we even came in the manager was looking agitated again. Before I begin, I misunderstood the deal on the receipt and that is my fault however the attitude and disrespect was unnecessary. When i was asking about redeeming it she was being very openly rude about it, raising her voice and pointing, i hate this treatment and it makes it seem like you are acting like im stupid which I hate. As i misunderstood there could’ve been a better way to explain that i was wrong rather than pointing, being vague and acting as if you want me to shoo away. It misunderstood that I was able to redeem my order which is my fault but no one told me otherwise, watching me and my friends wait there. I was confused and approached the front counter to ask about the order and me and the manager got into a bit of a heated argument. It made no sense because as I was asking her before, she did not tell me that i wasn’t able to redeem it, simply placing the receipt on the counter and walking away which made no sense. I think that this manager has no sense of customer service skills since she was not able to 1 give the proper attitude needed but the skills to handle a customers concerns. I am quite upset and wish to never come back.

Angali & savnit gave me the best fried chicken I had all week. They are always smiling and full of joy. It keeps me coming back. The a/C is so nice in the store I almost fell asleep after my meal.
