Slowest Popeyes ever. They never have anything ready. I asked for a 2 piece chicken and they said it will be a 13 minute wait. This is the third time this has happened, that to on a Sunday evening when it’s not even that busy. How can a Popeyes not have chicken ready? The workers are just super slow and don’t care about preparing and serving food in an efficient manner. From now on, I will be driving to the BCC location because despite the longer drive I will still get my food quicker from there. Management at this location really needs to address this, even other people in line with me were complaining about the same thing. Just terrible.

Biscuit was hard like a stone. The quantity of fries was little compared to other Popeyes locations. You are a chain restaurant when you don’t serve the same quality every time and in all your branches customer will find out and this is not good. Don’t serve food that was sitting on the shelf for long time.

Everytime i order for delivery from this restaurant,they forgot to put ranch or sometimes forget to add the drink.Tried calling them but no response .They need to work on accuracy of their orders.If the customer is paying for the ranch then how are they forgetting to add every single time.Never ordering from this location again .
First of all , we were missing our drinks with our mobile order ! And I called the store and they were saying that we didn’t order any drinks and arguing with us ! I have the exact recipt where is clearly shows that I have two drinks in my cart! And she was talking nonsense that we didn’t order any drinks ! The least she could say is to come the store and grab our drinks but she was arguing and behaving rudely! Not acceptable from Popeyes at all ! And the food was not fresh at all !

An average kind of fast food joint, if you liked KFC, you would like Popeye’s too. But they need to add some options that aren’t all the way same as KFC or Church’s Texas. The staff is accommodating, the infrastructure needs a revival, it is functional but mostly just average. Parking is tricky here, the exit from the parking is difficult because of oncoming traffic, and parking spots are not too many, and not well laid.

Visited the store today at 4:00 pm and as soon as I entered through the door manager in grey shirt shouted from distance “uber pickup”. I was embarrassed and left without ordering. If you’re brown you’ll be assumed to be there for Uber only.
