i went at this branch first time just because one near to my home was closed. The quality of food was very poor, i ordered fries n wings meal. After just 5-10mn of eating we were feeling stomach pain and discomfort. We are sick after that. It was disappointing coz popeyes was always my first choice.

We visit this location on Monday. We ordered two spicy wing combos. The staff were whisper together during our order payment done. After waiting about 15-20 mins, we got the food, but very surprised, the meat was stink, smell bad. I asked my friend, his was the same. We back to the counter, the girl looks like a little guilty. They replaced another set, which was normal, no bad smell. They pick customer and treated differently. Very upset about this kind of behavior.

Ordered on doordash, and this is what they delivered. When i called to complain, the manager insisted it was the standard size and could not do anything about it. They did not want to even see the sandwhich. I get not being able to do anything about doordash. However, they refused to accept responsibility for serving this measly slice of chicken and calling it a sandwich. Save your money and go to a different store. Terrible mangement.

I went today for lunch usually I go to Mississauga locations close to my home but unfortunately I was there and I went to this location after buying the combo meal I regret right awayMash potato’s were so runny, biscuit was warm but inside was so hard looks like they were old I went back and complaint the girl told me they have change the recipe that’s what potato’s were runny then I tried the chicken with gravy but but gravy it self was runny as well. Felt like they tried to make it more.I lost my interest and throw every thing in the bin and left the store.Never again and I will not recommend this location ever to anyone.
I wish I could give them more stars staff at this location us very polite and respectful this was my guest visit at this location and food I ordered was hot and fresh best thing that I noticed today that mostly the staff was Indian ( Punjabi) I think usually we think we our community works they most if the cases do not focus on customer service but here I was so impressed I myself m Indian but just saying what I have been facing at other placesI would say keep it up guys it was great visiting I am definitely coming back again special thanks to guy who took my order was at cashier I forgot to ask his name he was great and very polite thanks ?
