I had a wonderful experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with that signature Louisiana taste. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sides were just as delicious—especially the fries and biscuits.

Not recommended to buy from this location. Ordered ghost pepper wings and they were dark and burnt. Later heated them and they became very hard like stone, had to throw them. Highly dissatisfied about the quality of chicken at this location. Never going order again.

Fantastic Popeyes location! Chicken is always fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. The biscuits are warm and buttery, and the service is fast and friendly. One of the best Popeyes I’ve visited!

This location is one of the newest ones around. How has it become so nasty in so little time. I’ll tell you how, take a look at the type of people they got working in there. Not a care in the world. Probably not even trained at all. Ridiculous and disgusting. Very special people and I mean that in the worst way possible.

Cashier didn't seem to know what he was doing or wearing a uniform. Tables are dirty, sticky. Long wait time.

They've changed the Friday special no longer discounting poutine. Now it's just a medium drink 1 dollar off? Lol??

Atmosphere is still kind of nice because place is new. Like the rounded booth - but some Indian music blasting the whole time nobody's trying to hear that.
I wonder if that's to head office specification?

When order was called, which was 3 poutines and only 2 were there. Had to correct.

Overall I'm not likely to visit this Popeyes again

I just order the 30% 3 piece meal with fries and a soft drink. I also added 2 strawberry cream pie, in total it was 16 and change. I waited 45 minutes for them to bring me only 2 pies with no receipt. I feel like I have been robbed.

Terrible. Didn’t open on time when I had hungry kids to feed.

Today at 12:37am me and my friend were politely asked to leave because the store closes at 12:30am whereas on the website and their sign it says 1am and we had already bought the food.

Wow, what a staff
They doing wonders for the owner of this location and for customers who are regular there.

Worst Popeyes location ever visited don’t even waste money on the food cause the food is not even cooked Employees here are very educated to understand the Customer satisfaction and customers hospitality cause they barely know English , Respect and show etiquette to customers. The girl Pradeep/ Prabhjot she was so rude instead of saying sorry they were arguing still i left my money and food there not worth to eat, spend money or even mentally tbh. I hope the owner gets to know about the customer service and eventually find out the actual reason why sales are down cause that’s the only way he would be awake.
