They never ever have slices of Pizza 🍕 all the they have is Peporoni nothing else there & they put Ad on TV 📺 $2.50 for a slice but when u get there only Peporoni no Veg r other ones they call Peporoni as Pork.

Pizza was so delicious and crunchy as compared to the another location of popular pizza at royal west. It was beating another location in every aspects. Definitely, coming again♥️♥️

Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Service and Food Quality

I’ve been a regular customer of Popular Pizza for over a year, but after my most recent experience with their (Kennedy & Wexford) location, I will never be ordering from here again.

First, they delivered the wrong pizza —we placed a vegetarian order and received a non-veg chicken pizza instead. This is completely unacceptable, especially because everyone in our household is vegetarian for religious reasons. One of my family members accidentally ate a slice, thinking it was paneer, and became physically ill upon realizing it was chicken. This is not just careless, it's deeply disrespectful to customers' dietary and religious beliefs.

When we called to report the issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, they argued with us and told us to come pick up the correct pizza ourselves, despite their mistake and the long wait we had already endured.

To make matters worse:

We were overcharged for the wrong order.
The delivery was extremely late, and the pizza arrived cold.
The dough was hard, the cheese looked and tasted frozen, and overall the pizza was not fresh at all.
Shockingly, they even took back the half-eaten pizza — which raises serious concerns about hygiene and what they do with returned food.

This experience was beyond disappointing. It was careless, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional.

Avoid this location at all costs. They clearly don’t care about food quality, customer service, or basic respect for dietary preferences and religious sensitivities.

I had a great experience at the pizza store, thanks to Aarti! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was super helpful with taking the order and making great suggestions. The service was quick, and the pizza came out hot and delicious.
What really stood out was Aarti’s positive attitude and attention to detail—she truly made the visit feel special. It’s rare to see someone so genuinely dedicated to customer service these days.
Highly recommend visiting this location, and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Aarti, you’re in for the best service! 👏🍕
