Actually I donāt want to give bad review but this thing happened 3-4 times that they give 20 minutes waiting time but give pizza after 45 minutes or more.

If you enjoy paying for the wrong food and being told itās your problem, Popular Pizza is the place for you! I ordered something simple, and somehow they still managed to mess it up impressive, really. Whatās worse? When I called to let them know, they acted like fixing their mistake was doing me a favor. Spoiler: they didnāt fix it.
Apparently, customer service isnāt on the menu here. No apology, no replacement, just attitude. I guess once they have your money, thatās where the āserviceā ends.
Iāve had frozen grocery store pizza that came with better care and accuracy. Save yourself the frustration there are plenty of other places that actually know how to take an order and stand by it.
