I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. This is the second time I’ve ordered pizza with double chicken, and once again, they sent it with regular chicken instead. When I called to address the issue, their excuse was that the chicken pieces are larger, which is just a poor excuse. I paid for double chicken, and I didn’t receive it—simple as that. The issue wasn’t properly addressed, and I feel completely ignored as a customer. I will definitely never order from here again. It's frustrating to not get what you pay for, especially when the response from customer service is so unhelpful.

I visit today at 12:00am in the store and the girl who took order had zero sense of serving customers I was giving my order and she left me over there without even listening to me she was wearing specs I was asking about their current deals going on their pizza and she was keep ignoring me .

The pizza here is quite good! I’ve ordered from Popular Pizza multiple times, and it usually doesn’t disappoint. Out of about five orders, I only experienced subpar service once, which seems to be an exception. Overall, this is a great place for pizza lovers, offering a wide variety of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

New ownership pizza is very good they got new machines too and it’s renovated
Called 8 Times to order pizza, Nobody answer the call. It is open till 1am and I called at 11pm. I guess they don't want to run the business.

My experience with popular pizza was very bad almost 2 days ago I ordered shahi + tandoori pizza which have no taste as well as mozrella sticks a girl who made mozrella sticks starting cough on the sticks box as well as sticks was not fried properly its looked like a glue or rubber. After eating the pizza or sticks my happienes turn into sadness 🫡.

I ordered a pizza without chilli and with garlic base sauce but I got a spicy pizza with another base sauce instead garlic when I went back to the store the employee told me that ginger and garlic is spicy. We never even ate one full slice. I was expecting a better service but sadly I didn’t.
