Horrible customer service. I order pizza and they gave me pizza full of chillies and when I call back to complain the manager was super rude and said we can’t help you. Unprofessional behaviour.
Worst customer service and low quality!!!!
I ordered the pizza and picked it up to have it at home. On having the first bite itself, I got the burnt taste. I turned the slice to check and found that the base was actually burnt.
I called them up to provide this feedback, but the customer service representative didn’t accept their mistake and indeed told me that I ordered a pizza with a remark ‘well done pizza’. I couldn’t make them understand that the well done pizza doesn’t mean a burnt pizza.
