I also want to give a special thanks to the delivery driver, Rohan. He was very friendly, professional, and delivered my order right on time despite heavy snow. Hats off to him for working so hard and ensuring great service even in the toughest time of the year.

Today i have ordered a pizza and wings and it took one and half hour still order was not received. When i called in store they said it will take 10 mins and after 10 mins still i did not get my order. Again i called to the store and canceled the order. The lady who attend my call as a customer representative she behaved so rude and cut the call. I am very disappointed with the services.

Do not order from here. They get orders wrong and refuse to be to accept they got it wrong. Very disrespectful staff and the chicken wings are undercooked as its pink on the inside. Worst pizza place i have ever tried in my life.

I’m a vegetarian, and I clearly ordered a vegetarian pizza, but it arrived with chicken on it. This is not a small mistake — for vegetarians, this completely ruins the order and makes the food inedible.
Dietary preferences and restrictions should be taken seriously. Simply removing the meat is not acceptable due to cross-contamination.
Very disappointed with the lack of attention to the order. I hope the restaurant improves quality control so this doesn’t happen to other vegetarian customers.

last night placed an order for party size pizza for two times first time they took the order and said they will deliver in one hour after one hour when i called the store they said u did not place any order and i placed another order same thing happened zero customer service even they did not say sorry they have different attitude i will not recommend anyone to go with popular pizza from next time i would like if there will be a zero review for the popular pizza

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza from Popular Pizza and the quality was not good at all. The crust was soft and soggy, and the pizza tasted undercooked. It even upset my stomach afterward. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be ordering from here again.
