We ordered a large pizza and chicken bites. There was no pizza liner in the pizza box and it is against food quality standards to directly put oven hot pizza straight into cardboard box. Also, the food was quite dry and not warmed enough. Instant regret.

Ordered in-person a medium pizza , asked waiting time to get pizza in hand and Lady on counter told 15 mins .
1. She forgot to make pizza 2. After waiting for 10-15 mins I reminded for my pizza she said it will be ready in 10 more mins 3. Pizza came after 32 mins , she was still saying we made it in 15 mins :-) …. So I asked and checked exact time when I paid in their POS) . Only then She accepted , it took really long time .
4. after asking them the reason for late - we are running busy today (it’s Wednesday at 8 pm) - We already told you 15-20 mins, this is our normal process .. - you can not talk rudely ..
(I start recording the conversation and she changed her tone)
- apologies started - I requested to have words with manager , first she said “she is a manager” when I asked are you sure ? -she said can not give manager contact but she started offering free pizza 🍕
I walked out with my kid without pizza - end of story.
All this I am writing is just to let manager know and if they want their store to grow .. else I will be happy to get pizza somewhere else ..

I have placed an order through uber eats . At 1:10pm and they have cancelled at the time they closing at 1:57pm. Upon calling on the store they have hanged up the phone and never picked up again. Worst service ever.

The worst location i ever visited. Closing time is 2.00am and i went there around 1.35am and the employee just closes the gate infront of me.I talk to her but she didn’t listen to me and just walk away. Rude behaviour.

I ordered the tandoori paneer piza and they put tomatoe sauce instead of shahi paneer sauce. That make my pizza taste bad. I will never order pizza from here and also I found the hair inside the pizza. Disgusting they didn’t take care of the hygiene.

Please do not onion rings, cheese sticks. They are just frozen item which they undercook. Don't expect it to like onion rings that you find in harveys or A&w. Pizza is okay
