Thank you Paula excellent service, but the seafood overcooked and way too spicy, need more choices of wine.... bar should separate from Dinning area.

The food was mid, although i am not giving these stars because of the food but for the poor customer service and experience dining here.

The salted cod wasn’t soaked long enough so it is saltier than expected. Yes i have had proper Portuguese many times before.
The beef was alright though.

Their regulars would have marital fights over at the bar. Very ratchet and ghetto to see.
Alcoholic regulars same like the alcoholic male and female owners.

Sometimes their card machine wont work so they ask you to withdraw some cash from outside to pay. Yes they have an ATM inside but it also doesn’t work LOL.

Visiting a friend and he recommended this restaurant. Outside impression is misleading, as it was nice inside and the server was great. The food that came out was phenomenal, and we all brought leftovers home. The custard tart was the absolute best. I would definitely eat here again when Visiting my friend.

Beware, don’t waste your $. Tried this place twice and order bife a casa both times. Ordered medium rare, both times it’s charred and well done. The sauce is flavorless. Last time the potatoes had a moldy musty taste to them. Fruit flies were flying all around our food and table. There is a small dog who walks around the restaurant and I thought it was cute at first but after being turned off by the food and owner/chef who appears to drink alcohol while working, makes bad jokes and made me feel uncomfortable, the dog no longer seemed so cute.

Every place we looked was out of whole chickens and then we found this place. The only Portuguese place still open which is nice as not everyone eats at 5pm. The chicken was perfectly charred on the skin and inside was evenly cooked and juicy. We will definitely go there to eat in sometime soon.
