Pos Bueno Mexican Restaurant Bar

.maybe we came on an off day but it took 1.5 hrs to get our order and everything except beef tacos was horrible, the server was nice however so that's good but won't be back

This was my first time dining here, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and when it finally did (I ordered the fish tacos), it was completely lacking in flavor. To top it off, my order was missing the churros. I didn't bother to wait for them. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Literally felt like I was in Mexico. Staff was friendly too. But the food is what we come for right? Food was 10/10 by far. I got the gorditas and my wife got enchiladas. Was better than I was expecting!

The food was great, authentic tasting. The service was very good. Food tasted fresh and reasonably priced.

Didn't finish my food, it was not enjoyable, i left it at my table. I get what they are trying to do, but they need to step up the quality. The consumé looks like oil and water, and taste like a light soup veggie soup broth.

Absolutely unacceptable and offensive experience at Pos Bueno Mexican Restaurant.

I ordered vegetarian enchiladas and was served chicken. When I asked the server if it was chicken, she told me it was onions — either she lied or had no idea what she was serving. I am a religious vegetarian and do not eat meat. This was deeply upsetting and disrespectful.

To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to the manager, the server refused and said she already spoke to the manager for me. I wasn’t even allowed to explain the issue or receive a proper apology.

This restaurant clearly has no respect for dietary restrictions, religious beliefs, or basic customer service. Avoid Pos Bueno if you care about what’s on your plate or how you’re treated.

I never knew that Brampton would have such an amazing Mexican cuisine. Truly this place is incredible inside and out. The customer service is impeccable and the FOOD oh the good Lord knew what he was doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
