My family and I have been customers of Punjabi by Nature for many years and we always have a great experience at this awesome restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is always wonderful. Their take out, dine in and catering options are always fantastic. PBN never disappoints and they truly set a huge standard for what authentic, high quality Punjabi food is in our community. I love supporting this business! Highly recommend!

We ordered makki ki roti and sargo ka saag. I specifically asked not to add oil in both the things because we were on diet. They did a great job. Roti was without oil but very soft.

I recently ordered four items from this restaurant but received only 2 and when I called to ask for my items the one who answered my call was not having any etiquettes that how to feel apologize for their mistake and spoke in a very frankly way like they did nothing wrong. Irresponsible staff, needs some training how to pack the food properly and they should recheck the items before packing the order so that everybody should get their complete order. Staff should know how to talk with their customers and feel apologize for their own mistakes instead of showing like that’s the customer mistake not their own. Worst experience ever, felt very disappointed, will never recommend anybody for this restaurant again.

I wish i could give you less than 1 star. What kind of food you guys offer to people. Kindly find the attachments as well. You’ll get an idea how an overpriced food looks like. As per govt the removal of gst on food but slightly they’ve increased the prices at sandalwood location ,because they cant live without the tax. Secondly if a person is paying then they give free oil with the food and you can see in the pictures too. Whats the point of that please explain me. Kindly focus on the customer service as well. We dont want busy dummies in store.

I have been coming to PBN for many years now, food quality is always high and service is very good. Jassi helped this time with lunch options. Nonveg platter and Rara mutton was awesome. Recommend 100%

The food was not even average when it comes too taste. The service is too slow. Ordered chana bhatura and keema naan along with goat curry, both of them weren’t good.

I ordered keema naan gravy and chole bhature. The taste of keema was not authentic, made with very less ingredients then stuffed into naan. Bhature was okay, chole had very less flavor. The food was not worth the money.

They don’t know how to deal with people who come in for dine in,, We waited about 15 mins to get someone to give an order ending up call them by ourselves!!!!! Dissatisfied bad customer service……
