The employee who made my online order was friendly and nice. The place does smell a little off though - could use some internal cleaning. Burritos tasted good and worth the price.

This is the stingiest location with their food. They make sure to price almost every drop of sauce and won’t put any ingredients. Very cheap. They’re proud of it too!

Food was lukewarm and pop beberage warm, natural!
Asked for a cold one, she told me they do not have it. Asked to refund the money. She will not do it.
Did not even eat. Left the food on the table and very disappointed.

By far the worst burrito I’ve had in a very long time.. barely any chicken in it. Tortilla was barely toasted and tasted horrible.. for the little bits of chicken it did have in the burrito it tasted so bland. This would be the last place I would recommend for food.

I have visited this Hurontario location many times ever since it opened...I have to admit one thing the services have gone to the worst..as it is near to my home so I happened to go there again. We ordered two beans and veg quesadillas. The young man was very nicely making the food but the lady employee suddenly jumped in and stopped him to put enough beans,then she won't let him put pickle onions on it,then won't let him put dressing on it.. she said it will make her grill soggy and she doesn't want to clean it . The other young man said it is fine to do this but the lady won't listen and rudely announced that they will have to do her way..The young man was trembling and embarrassed. Some people are not meant for the food business.they are too boring to make delicious food. Actually this particular location has this problem that they are very rigid. If you ask for anything they simply deny it by saying that we don't do it this way. They put very less beans and veggies and if you object they ask for extra money. They seem to be saving on every single bean and every drop of dressing. I always try to visit other locations. We never have to deal with such situations there. We are not asking for extra food but at least make it generously..The dinner mood is totally destroyed...

For a fast food place they actually put out good product. Staying true to the name of fast food they also dished it out in a fast manner. Quite happy with what we ate.

Portion sizes and the price definitely need to be rectified as it also feels like a rip off.. which it is. Taste good though

If I could 0 stars I would. Just like many other peoples review. I had a similar experience, this location is literally garbage, I ordered a burrito and a bowl, my burrito was uncooked and the bowl was half empty. Highly suggest going elsewhere and get your money worth.
