Quesada Burritos & Tacos

I ordered from Quesada and had one of the worst takeout experiences ever. The packaging was absolutely terrible—my food was placed in a small paper bag and the server was literally stuffing it in By the time I got home, the bowl was leaking everywhere, then bag rips apart, and half my meal ended up all over the floor.

Not only was this frustrating and a complete waste of money, but it also made a huge mess to clean up. For the price I paid, I expect at least some care in packaging so the food actually makes it home in one piece.

Really disappointed with the lack of quality and attention. If Quesada wants to keep customers, they need to seriously improve their packaging and delivery standards.

Me and my cousin came and had a blast talking and eating churros the food was so good and excellent staff help. They are so nice and the food is excellent . Must try.

Staff are quite unpleasant, came in for a chicken bowl and the staff seemed very upset that I asked for extra chicken. No customer service skills at all.

They do make better than average burritos as far as it goes for quesada however this location wait times are ridiculous. I eat a burrito on average 5 times a week for the last 15 years from all different burrito locations. The longest a burrito or bowl should ever take off employee times is 5 minutes this is excluding grilling. Today it took 15 minutes for the person ahead of me to get their one burrito and quesadilla before my order was even taken next. I understand wait times when there is a rush and the business should be given leeway however 2 people one being me and no large order should not take this long. I have tried calling before and uber eats this establishment however the food does not come out as it would if you made it in person. Will return in the future but my frequency at this establishment will be less. Burrito Boyz across the street has good burritos and good on time and food quality is comparable.

Great spot for Mexican food! I tried it for the first time and I already want to come back. I ordered tacos which were super appetizing and filling. The staff is also friendly and the service made the experience even better.

I come to this place every week, and it never lets me down. The food at his location is always fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and quick, which I appreciate. I really recommend this location for your Mexican food cravings. It’s definitely worth trying.

The girl at customer service is very very rude, we called to give specific note about no onions due to allergies and still she has put onions and after that she started arguing loudly instead of saying sorry. Such staff should get fired for such rude behaviour towards customer. She wasn't wearing her name and when we asked ,she didn’t give name. We asked for manager she said do whatever. After that we left the store and seating in car, she came to our car and knocked window and started threatening to call cops for putting review on her. We personally called emergency after and they said putting review and photo is not against the law. Knocking customer’s personal vehicle and taking their car’s picture and threatening them for deleting the review is not acceptable behaviour. Such a horrible experience, avoid such places. No wonder they have so many complaints against the staff and still not doing anything. And these was 10910 goreway drive location in Brampton.

I visited store today and had a really disappointing experience. The girl working there seemed completely uninterested in her job. They messed up the burrito order and even had it labeled incorrectly. When I politely pointed out the mistake, instead of acknowledging it, she started arguing with us — no apology, no solution, just attitude.

For a well-known brand like Quesada, you'd expect better service and at least basic customer interaction skills. It’s really frustrating when you’re treated with such disrespect. I don’t know who she was, but when you’re made to feel that unwelcome, leaving a review seems like the only way to speak up.

I genuinely hope the owner takes note of this and gives proper guidance to the staff — they’re representing a very reputable brand, and this kind of behavior just isn’t acceptable.

Solid location, good service and quality of food every time we go. Can’t complain!

I went in to quesada on May 3rd, Saturday evening, around 9 pm to order 4 burritos. I explained that to Dilpreet and she responded “okay”. Dilpreet made one burritos and then told me the other employee will make the rest as another group of customers had come in. I then asked the other employee to make it and she refused to make it and said that Dilpreet will make it for me. Then the other girl started making the burrito.then Dilpreet came and made my three burritos very slowly after that. I then asked Dilpreet why she did not make all of the burritos at once and she responded “it’s our policy”. Please respond if this is the policy as it was unacceptable. Then I explained to her that the first burrito which she made is cold as it has now been over 15 minutes.Then Dilpreet responded “by the time you get home, they would get home anyways”. At the end, Dilpreet began to push the other girl with her elbow because she did not make all of our burritos. The owner needs to check the camera footage. Overall, very rude service.

I ordered delivery from the location and the burrito bowl was very well made. The toppings were well placed, and the bowl wasn't just filled with rice, but it actually had the sauces and toppings requested. It was very filling, and tasty. I also ordered chips and guac which were also amazing! Guac tasted fresh, and chips were nice and crisp. Ordered through the app, and I was also able to get some points. Would definitely love to come in person/order delivery again.

Ordered the large drunken chicken burrito and paid for extra meat. It was literally a rice burrito. Barely any meat and was extremely dry. They didnt put the salsa, hot sauce, sour cream, nothing. Half way through when all I seem to be eating is rice, I unwrapped it and found that there wasn't anything but rice, barely any toppings, and no sauce. Extremely disappointed. I have no issue with the price if I get what I paid for. I really should have read the reviews first. Stay clear of this place, I would not recommend.
