Quik Chik - Brampton - 410/Steeles

I visited the chinguacousy branch today and I was disappointed as usual. I ordered the family meal and it was not at all spicy as I asked for. They also gave me chicken legs instead of the wings I asked for. Staff is lousy and do not process orders properly. This is not the first time I've had such a bad experience. One time I complained in the store but they persist in their ways. I've been disappointed before so today I decided to go and personally give my order instead of over the phone but the issue remains still. I never get just what I ask for as there is always some issue with my food.No good service at any of the branches I have visited ?

If you want to pay $4 for this chai cup go here. And they don’t even fill it all the way...way too expensive. What a disappointment!

Chicken was good but… They had no soft drinks, macaroni salad, or large fries container. I also ordered a gravy and got him to find it missing

Horrible location. I have placed 2 complaints on both locations thinking it would be a different experience depending on the location. I even seen the same staff at the chinguacousy location. When I made a complaint the staff laughed in my face. No customer service what so ever. The staff alone will run their business down the drain with the lack of service being given to their customers. Learn how to operate and run a business is all I have to say!

Friendly serviceChicken and biscuit are very bland (no flavor), although the outside of both the chicken and biscuit were crispy and the fries were pretty good.

Great Place and Halal Food.First of all very clean and tasty food. The staff is very friendly fresh chicken. MUST TRY!!!

Tried the chai, paratha , anda shami burger & rabri.Everything was just spot on !You could actually feel they were made from scratch.Just like how they do it back home.Just the anda in the burger had a little extra salt.Rest was perfect.

The worst service. One employee working and she was so slow it took her half an hr to make 2 sandwiches. Also not very sanitary as she was using her bare hands to make the sandwich and was touching cash in between. The sandwich itself was soggy as it took her so long to prepare and honestly food was not even worth it. Only giving one star because it won’t let me post this otherwise. Absolutely terrible.

Hi today i am sharing my experience about quik chik located at Brampton/ steels. We order 2 chicken sandwiches and fries. Prices are very high as compare to the quality of the food. They make 2 sandwiches takes forever to makes that there is no chef seems like there. On other hand when we got the food, the chicken patty from the sandwich dropping the oil into the plate which we showed to the employee there. And the taste of the food is worst. Guys think twice to choose this kind of places specifically in the matter of food. Very unhealthy food. ?

I am absolutely LIVID, it was 8:23pm when I arrived at the store front and guess what? It was CLOSED, no quik-ing way that the store says it's open till 10:30pm when it's 8:23pm.How am I supposed to use their WiFi to order their food now? The password should be clearly visible from the outside in case I want to order from another Quick Chik chain.I will update this review the next time I come here.

Ordered five 3 piece specials on Thursday at 1653hrs. It's now 1723hrs and I still have yet to receive my order.. I come to realize that only one person is working the cash and cooking the food... Meanwhile there someone wishing to Cancel their order while others are growing extremely impatient with the loonnnngggg wait times. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. If you don't have at least 2 people working, why bother open and make customers wait ungodly hours to get their fast food. Totally ridiculous

Best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The meal was incredibly fresh and made with love, and the employees were super kind and accommodating. Loved this place, would recommend it to anybody!10/10

The chicken is always good however, I always have to wait 15 to 20mins before I receive my order as they always have to cook it.

They had good food quality before, but now it seems more towards the lower end. Mash potato is not what it use to be and the burgers to.Need to improvement guys!!!
