First time being here and having this cuisine but it was mind-blowing. The bake and shark was unbelievable

Avoid. Service started off okay when I asked questions before ordering taken by a young girl. I asked if I add noodles to pepper shrimp and how that work and if I only had pepper shrimp how that would work and was told either options was the same price so I asked for pepper shrimp and very little noodles using my hand to show how little since I only wanted to test the noodles. The service was super slow and when the server (a woman) got my order I told her I only wanted very little noodles when I saw her piling a lot and she said I don’t get more pepper shrimp by having less noodles, which was confusing! She went to ask the cashier/girl and then gave me the container closed and I didn’t see what was inside. And some parts of the food was overly salty and the portion was teeny tiny for the cost. If they can’t properly tell customers about the food and flip it on you then they shouldn’t be in business.

Since the remodel I've only had Wonderful experiences and my family loves it as well, doubles is great and fried rice and chicken has been good too

First time at this spot. The place is good. Was busy so the wait was long. Got myself a goat roti and it was good, enjoyed it.

Food is exceptional! Fresh and tasty! We love the veggie fried rice. So full of veg and I can tell its not frozen vegetables used. Its fresh. No green peas. Doubles are great too!

Had lunch with my cousin, his wife and my daughter, was excellent food, service was great and staff was friendly. We all enjoyed the food and had a good time to reminisce.

Restaurant with the worst customer service representatives. Really they just look so much under trained or like just sad. No smile nothing. They just talk rude like even if you politely ask them when order is gonna be ready. There is one lady at front maybe bruhh she is so rude with other customers and like damnn i don’t know she shouldn’t be working there for sure.

The food at radicas is super duper exciting. I get so excited to come to this restaurant. The food taste like it was made in Trinidad. Do like the price is right and come on down!! Shewta was our waitress. She's is awesome and she's an authentic trini too

The worst place I have ever dealt with!!! I ordered food on Saturday, came home, and found plastic in the chicken and broccoli. My wife called to make a complaint, but the server on the phone gave us the runaround—telling us we had to come back and show them the plastic before they would replace the food. We explained that we live almost 30 minutes away and couldn’t just return. The server then said the manager would review the camera footage and call us back. The manager still hasn’t called, and now when my wife tries to call, the phone just rings with no answer. We only want a refund for the portion of the food that was affected, but no one has gotten back to us. I will never deal with this place again.

The food was delicious the atmosphere was fair and the service that I received from Monica (from Napaul) was outstanding and truly exceptional. Hot and Spicy needs to clone 5 more of her.
She works hard and it shows while others are huddled in a trio talking Monica was busy attending to guests. This is the reason I do not agree with tip sharing. Monica if I could just tip you -I would. Hot and spicy take note!! Monica is the best above all the rest!
