Wasted money & waiting for food. The Aloo Tikki was far far below average..... my guess those were stale & not fresh atall.
Avoid eating there....

They served half cooked pakoda with sticky gram floor inside in there shopper’s world out let and staff was rude to handle

First time and off course last time I have been there.
I like Deshi kind off cuisine and my Indian friend recommended this place. So I went and got samosa chat and aloo tikki dahi . Food was average or below average .
I asked for a little chutney and onion on top while eating but they refused to give and said that it’s already served on my bowl . I believe they would not get poor if they provided me a little bit.

As a first timer I was asking their suggestion about food as I was not sure about menu but they were so rude and rushed me to pay and get my food .
No: there was no rush or line behind me .
Later while I was standing aside and tried to figure out menu they were pointing me and laughing to each other other which made me humiliated.
Meanwhile we were hungry and kids were already eating something from other store at this food court so I didn’t quit the place rather ordered and eat . But come on if they couldn’t help a paid customer then what kind of customer service they are providing .
Both servers were mean and rude with their words and behaviour. I don’t know their language so they should help me instead of insult.
Off course I will never be there again.

Usually I am not that kind of picky and difficult to handle person. But I’m sharing my experience because it was horrible and totally unacceptable.

I hope management should focus more on customer service.

I don't know why they are still in business with this kind of service. Their food is so, bad and the workers doesn't know how to treat customers and are very rude. Also, they don't know how to communicate in English. How do they hire when the workers don't know English? I request everyone DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE AVOID AT ANY COST.

Took mix veg pakora. There was nothing like mix veg. Just besan. Also when everywhere in brampton we get 1lb at this price with lots of vegetables. This place is waste of money. They gave 6pc in total of just began. Not worth it. Avoid.

Today i had very bad experience today the food is not good at all, the girl working in front was so rude serving so rudely i saw her many times she always behaves like that no customer service at all , need to train employees for customer service and serving with smile

Giving 1 star cos can’t give it 0. Asked for amritsari kulcha with onion on the side… refused to give… asked her the name refused to tell the name, what kind of employees work??? A girl with little green eyes. 0 % customer service 0% customer satisfaction.

Quality of food getting worse day by day. I ordered one Chana bhatura….. bhatura was not fresh, too oily & not as hot. I asked to staff but they refused to change
