Just okay food

I don’t want to put even a single star.. ridiculous management ..Don’t know a as (A)of customer service and blaming me .. I received spoiled order and they are blaming that this is just me only who is complaining. Seriously like .. wow 👎👎👎

I have ordered Bread Pakora yesterday and the Pakora served with excess Oil only that was already stale. The staff was not even bothered to take order first 15 mins. And after waiting of total 30 mins Pakora got served with Oil only.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff.we ordered a vegetarian thali and received a naan (bread) that was completely burned.when we brought it to the staff’s attention, they told us that we should have checked the order immediately after receiving it. They had strategically placed the burned naan at the bottom of the plate ,making it harder for us to notice. The staff argued with us and insisted that it was our fault for not checking it before eating. When we pointed out that the service was the issue ,they refused to acknowledge it and told us it was our responsibility to check. They even said we could leave a negative rating if we wished. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I had my lunch in this restaurant. Before I thought they served tasty and good food but when I got my order I saw that the naan was totally raw they didn’t cooked it properly and the shahi paneer tasted very sweet like sugar . I spend around 30 $ which were totally waste .

I order chole bature... Totally not satisfied with the taste.. the masala ingredients are too in the Channa which is too unhealthy for the food.

I have ordered food from this place ,As per my knowledge Person at front desk should greet with a smile to every customer , because of customer she s working there. But She has very rough attitude for every customer as I noticed. .Visit day is 1 Feb 2025 time 4:30 Pm . At least she should know how to treat people

Dont ever think to try chana kulcha & Lacha paratha. Didn't taste that good.
