BCC is my hometown mall and I have periodically ordered from real fruit bubble tea when I visit the mall. Today’s order was horrible. I usually get the Taro milk tea, cold. For a small they served about half a glass of product, rest filled with ice and the “homemade” tapioca was the biggest disappointment… hard, unchewable and not anything like what tapioca should taste like. Super overpriced for the quantity / quality you are receiving.

I stopped by Real Fruit Bubble Tea with my friends and ordered the Mango Slushie. It was really good, sweet, and refreshing. The place itself felt cozy and super clean, which made it more relaxing to wait (not that I had to wait long — the service was really fast). The staff were friendly and kind. For the price, it wasn’t bad at all for what I got. Good quality, nice portion, and overall worth it. I’d come back again for sure. I would recommend it especially if you’re craving something fruity and cold.

Tried the Mango pineapple slush from real fruit which is beside mini sou store . Slush was really let down. The pineapple is not properly slushed,getting the pineapple pieces in my mouth. Not worth the price — I wouldn’t get it again.

Not helpful staff.

Try this place for first time close to food court. Girls help patiently to explain me best seller drink. Ended up having mango diamond slush with homemade tapioca. It's actually delicious by taste. Definitely come back. Thankyou for excellent service.

Very disappointed with the experience. The staff showed no respect and acted like they didn’t want to serve customers at all. Poor attitude and zero professionalism. Won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
Worst customer service

Worse customer service. I informed them for my second order in paying by cash, they looked at me and walked away. After 2 minutes of not acknowledging what I said the female worker said he will take your order, she mumbled to him in their language and then walked away again. I sat down and waited for the first order and 2 mins after that the male staff decided to acknowledge. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Bed customers service

Their black milk tea is my favorite. Whenever I visit bramalea city centre, I always buy it.

Not welcoming at all.
Ignores customer. Three girls were working there and i was standing waiting for them to ask me what would i like to order but they all were busy in their gossips. Then another person came after me, the girl asked him for order. If there won't be self service kiosk i would never order there.

Tried the House Special Mango Diamond Slush and it was amazing!

I requested for less ice and it was perfectly made with the right amount of sweetness.

I will come back to try their other speciality drinks.
