Amazing place to visit for best real fruit bubble tea

They need the computers to do everything. But then the girl told me to stand in one spot to get an order made from a human. I stood there for five minutes, only for the gentleman to tell me to go back to the girl who was already taken other people‘s orders.

Not sure why you guys decided to close down the original location next to Aerie and open two new locations that are absolutely atrocious.
Workers at both locations too busy chit chatting and skimping on toppings and how they make the drinks. Worker literally scooped back out the mango chunks and gave me less than half the regular portion. Drink was so watery and disgusting. Yet I saw a worker give one of their friends who came by the store a free LARGE drink, a tall brown man wearing construction baggy clothes. I was the only person in the store who ordered a mango diamond slush and it took over 10 minutes to get my order to the point that a huge line formed.
Real fruit used to be my go to spot because it was consistent and efficient. But with the changeover in employees in BOTH new locations and how they are skimping on how they make the drinks and how long it takes, I’d rather go to somewhere else.
On top of that, I’ve ordered Durian multiple times and I’ve seen and heard the staff make faces and laugh. So inappropriate. Train your staff better on how to make the drinks and also how to be professional.

I stopped here at Real Fruit Bramalea for a milk tea and it was a great experience. They have self check out which was very efficient. The girls who were working that day were so friendly and kind to me when I expressed that I am diabetic. They offered to put less syrup in my drink in order to accommodate that for me. Omg the amount of water they add now. Instead of asking for a mango Dimond slush you should just ask for water with a spash of mango. It's ridiculous they Real Fruit was my go to for my smoothies now they are the worst. Their customer service has also reduced. The girls only speak their language and do not greet. Do not go to the Bramalea City Center location. Just awful.

Seriously worst experience, i ordered mango slush and the girls have no manners to treat the customers seriously like they are busy in their own talks and they are adding more then enough water in slush oh my god they made my day worst . I visit Sunday evening for my favourite mango slush but I think so i am not going to order again in this real fruit bubble tea🥲

One bad experience is all it takes. I have been to this place for the past 7 years and they've had The best mango flavored cold drinks for miles around as they do it fresh & The taste is impeccable But recently when I went to this shop and got the slushie it turns out that they had started using these new types of mangoes in the slushies which makes it taste really sour combined with the coldness of the ice slushie It's a bad combination to get a bad sore throat. Although I did go back and the customer service was really good, they had me taste test a sample before they made the drink out of it again and it was still sour. They did give me a refund but I would highly recommend it if this place wants to keep its quality and its loyal customers to go back to using the old mangoes.

So I normally don't post reviews. But I just had too after visiting here so often. The drinks and service are good, but most notably the guy with specs and backwards cap. His service is always engaging and entertaining, definitely different from your "average" bubble tea worker. I think his name is Dan or Danny? If im not mistaken, (honestly I'm surprised he isn't working as a bartender). Overall good place to spend your money.
