the taste of their taro is different now, and they’re not using the black tapioca pearls anymore.black tapioca is way better.i hope they will use black tapioca pearls again.

Busy location but they manage. Becareful they don’t tell you about the tapioca, they have the white tapioca instead of the black (yes it makes a difference)

Usually, they have a pretty good food standard at other locations but this one is not as fresh as it is supposed to be. Got a bit of frozen fruit and the taste wasn't refreshing.Parking: It is in a Shopping center and has quite a bit of free parking options available.

I ordered a Mango slush with mango chunks, not even a single chunk was passing through the straw. When I asked the attendant she just replied that she knew that's the problem but it's due to unseasonal mangoes. She didn't felt sorry or anything. Zero customer service. They should ask this before preparing an order.

I ordered here many times but today it was around 8:45 I ordered mango slushie and she gave me old slushy which was prepared a long time ago …. Sadly I drank it when I was outside the mall…… that is really bad if u can’t prepare fresh juice you shouldn’t take the order or you can cancel the order but u shouldn’t give old and bad juice just because u were about to close …..
