This is probably the worst Hakka Chinese food I've ever had. The rice was undercooked and of such poor quality, it felt like I was chewing on plastic. Complete waste of money. All the dishes we ordered had absolutely no flavor. On top of that, the customer service was non-existent. Would not recommend at all.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to this Red chillies Hakka restaurant was very disappointing. The chicken I ordered was clearly not fresh—it tasted off, almost like it had been sitting out too long. This really ruined the dish for me. I expected much better quality, especially when it comes to such a basic ingredient. Overall, I can't recommend this place if you're looking for fresh, flavorful food.

One of the best Hakka restaurant in town. Their assets are taste, service, employees and restaurant ambience. Worth of trying their signature meat and seafood dishes. Must try their Thai soup...

One of the worst restaurants I've been to recently. First they serve give you below average food. When you complain they will argue instead of fixing their mistakes and try to convince you that this is how we prepare our dishes. Not to mention really slow service in a 20% occupancy. I can’t recommend going here to eat. I had a situation asking if a refund was possible. Not even asking for a refund yet just asking for the time frame cause I was given two different times. It apparently sent off the guy at the front enough for him to start laughing. He started looking at other customers as if I was crazy. He didn’t even ask me if I wanted to just take the food. Cuz I did I was fine with it I was just worried that the item that I wanted to cancel was going to take too long. I really was just hoping to cancel the item but with that service no. Called to complain and asked for the manager but instead the same guy said “just say what happened to me”. We asked instead for our contact information to be taken down. The guy refused to do so until a colleague took the phone and took down our information to give to the manager. I am willing to change my response if the management better resolves this issue. I have been going here for about a year and am severely disappointed with this service. I see why it is always empty now.

1: they don’t seat you. You seat yourself.
2: waiter and waitress need better training in serving.
3: when you go seat yourself you will see 4 of everything 4 glasses, 4 plates, 4 forks and 4 spoons. Just to letting you know. No knives.is this a Hakka thing?
4: here are the kicker part of this. Let me move on to 5.
5: if two person eats. Other two utensils and plates are not removed. Just!! Letting you know.
6: you hear what I’m saying. Read 7
7: yessssss!!! If person before you ate the seat you are eating and they sneezed or touched utensils with their dirty hands. ?
8: that’s right you are getting that glass to drink from and plates and forks and the spoons to use. I like using and. ?
9: NOT A PLACE TO GO AND EAT!!!
10: I have to give 1 star for everything otherwise I can’t post my review. Ohh forgot to mention. I had better Hakka food.
Advice to the owners. Go visit other Hakka places eat there look around learn from them. And and and and.Don’t put BIG long freezer next to where you are sitting people put up a wall or something. Please ?.

Ordered uber eats on Friday night, and went to pick it up. food is great but I felt really bad for the ONE person manning the entire restaurant. The owner really needs to spend some money and hire. Kudos to her for doing such a great job

We were in the area and decided to try this place for the first time.

Service was excellent and the food was really delicious and came out hot and flavourful. We will definitely come back and try other items on the menu.

We had the Beef Hakka Chow Mein and the General Tao chicken. Generous portions for each.

Horrible experience. I came a while ago with my family and the place was empty, which was unexpected as Hakka places are usually very full. We were given our plates, and one of them was dirty! It had left over food on it and it was gross. The food was mediocre, nothing special. It had a pretty generic menu and nothing I tried wow’d me. The staff was okay, nothing outstanding other than giving dirty dishes. Would not recommend to others or return.
