For an all u can eat meal they take way too long to refill ur plate. Might as well fill up on drinks instead

The sea food ultimate platter experience was really bad. The crabs and lobsters were not freshly boiled and prepared. They were reheated and the meat was cold from inside. The king crab legs were a rip off since there was little to no meat ( skinny legs ). For the price paid, it was not a good experience at all.

I ordered my meal and instructed them to hold the salt. The food is so salty I can't eat it and the lobster is so skinny I thought I ordered sardine. Worst meal EVER for over $60

Overall, we had a good experience. Noticed that the portion sizes were a little on the smaller side than years past. The food was very delicious… I really enjoyed the crispy brussel sprouts! Our sever was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Red Lobster - Brampton!
Very unwelcoming and accommodating to the customers. We came in with our baby who was sleeping in the stroller, they didn’t allow us to sit at booth even though we have sat at the booth many times at other locations. This is the manager’s name: Joaquin roldan. He was called when the server was being completely unhelpful for the simple request but proved to be as unhelpful unwelcoming and unaccommodating as the server. At another location at Red Lobsters the servers were kind and allowed the same exact thing while our baby was asleep. There were plenty of empty booths at this location.
