This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place.
I ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, but I had to wait much longer. When I finally got home and opened the box, the pizza was burnt and completely overcooked. You can clearly see it on the paneer and the bread.
I immediately called the store to complain. The girl on the phone told me I needed to email pictures. When I asked for the email address, she gave me a WRONG email ID. I sent the pictures anyway and called back after 5 minutes. She then said her manager has access to the email and is out on delivery.
I told her I don’t know when the manager will be back and that I need a replacement pizza delivered ASAP since this was clearly not my fault. Her response? “I can’t do anything. You have to come to the store with the pizza.”
I asked for her name — she refused and then hung up the phone.
I called again, and another lady answered. She spoke in a very rude and disrespectful tone and said, “Are you coming to the store or not?” When I asked when the manager would be back, she said, “I’m not going to answer any of your questions.”
She then claimed they never received any email. When I re-confirmed the email address, she gave me a completely different email ID. When I told her her colleague gave me the wrong one, she said I should have called back to confirm. Seriously? Why give the wrong email in the first place?
She also refused to give her name, said she was hanging up, and actually did.
Burnt food, zero accountability, extremely rude staff, and pathetic customer service. I will never order from Red Swan Pizza again and will never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your time.

We order pizza from Brampton location, waited 45 min in store regardless of being ordered on the phone. When we came home and saw the pizza was burnt. This is not a way a customer should be getting their food. When the person had cut it, they should have fixed their mistake rather than giving burnt pizza to a customer. When we called the location, they did apologize and was so rude.

The service of this location is very bad. I call them twice they didn’t pickup and finally they picked up the call in 3rd try and put it aside and don’t take my order. It’s so frustrating.

Very disappointed and concerned. We specifically asked two different employees on separate occasions whether the chicken and beef pepperoni were halal, and we were clearly told yes. Based on that information, we ordered a pizza with beef pepperoni.
The next day, we called again to confirm which toppings are halal, and this time we were told the pepperoni is NOT halal. When we explained that we were told otherwise and had just eaten it the day before, the employee checked and came back saying it is beef but not halal.
This means we were given incorrect information and served food that goes against our religious dietary requirements. That is extremely serious and unacceptable. If staff are unsure, they should say so — not give false assurances.

Pizza is quite good but the staff is less supportive even though their closing time is 11 pm they didn't allow to dine in after 10:15 pm and when we told to cancel the order they agreed for dine in.
