One of the best place to do grocery shopping..
Gauri is the nicest cashier in that store , she polite and helps out with groceries..

Its my go to place for everything that I need for my household grocery. I would like to share a recent experience. I forgot my purse in the shopping cart last evening & until next morning I didn't realize. I went back & talked to customer service & they had it safe in their lost & found section. I will forever be thankful to the entire staff & whosoever found it. God bless you all. Thank you so much. Keep up with your good work.

For getting groceries, I suggest Rocky No frills as it has some of the best products available.

Convenient price of the grocery and snacks

One of the most pathetic stores. Their staff is rude on any question asked on the checkout counters specially. The products are expired or rotten and when taken to the customer support, they deny refunding or replacing it. If this happens to you I would suggest to file a lawsuit instead of speaking to the store.

I buy grocery from rocky’s no frills Brampton as it is the near most store in my area, however they lack the quality of products, most of the produce items are mixed with rotten produce and I have seen many instances that the produce has developed moulds and fungus on it. The staff is very rude and doesn’t respect customers and also casual about complaints and being escalated to store manager. I have ignored this multiple times to write a bad review but today my husband has opened a tetra pack of coconut water and took a sip out of it and it’s smelling too bad releasing rotten fumes out of it and pack is puffed while the best before date is 2026. They are really selling health risk to consumers.

This NoFrills is decent. It was obviously better as a Superstore. It's clean and the staff is friendly however the in comparison to what it use to be, the options are fair.

Fruits is not great

Bigger than most of the NOFRILLS ever visited. Wide variety of Asian Foods and Products.

I recently visited rocky’s no frills and was honestly quite let down. While it’s marketed as a no-frills store, which I understand, the quality of products is really lacking. The fresh food, in particular, was a huge disappointment. It was full of algae and other unpleasant stuff, and it was clear they don’t pay attention to cleaning or proper maintenance.

While I don’t expect much from a no-frills store, cleanliness and basic food safety should always be a priority. I won’t be returning for fresh produce anytime soon. Definitely not worth the visit if you’re looking for quality or even basic hygiene.

Very poor and rude customer service by the girl who was working on express line near entrance door. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh. Please management ensures better training to her.
