I used to always go to the other location, but after moving closer to this one, it’s become my go-to spot. Their ice cream rolls are consistently amazing. I always get the same order — Oreo and cheesecake mixed together with whipped cream on top — and it never disappoints. Also, their cake is really good and definitely worth trying. Highly recommend!

Overrated falooda, almost double the price and I'm not fake review, I visited with my family and after watching insta reel I got to know about this place and drove almost 12km so excited to try some india style dessert but I received very poor and staled dessert and my stomach got upset for two days.

Rolly Polly might be one of the most famous ice cream brands, but the service is a joke. 40 minutes to correct a basic waffle order? Ridiculous. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least the bare minimum. If there was a zero-star button, trust me, they’d earn it.

The below response from the owner is very harsh and pathetic. If the owners customer service is so good, then why is he worried about one bad review? He attacks every individual that leaves a bad review. Why not learn from that review and make sure u don't screw up next time. In business the customer is always right. You're providing a product or service or experience. Mistakes happen. Take the criticism and improve your ways instead of just bullying people. You're a pathetic business owner if this is your behavior on the regular. I wouldn't be surprised if this brampton business is paying their employees lile 8$ an hour

I was really looking forward to the cake I ordered, but unfortunately, it was not packed properly and got completely ruined during transit. It was disappointing to see the cake in such a bad state when I opened the box. I hope the store improves their packaging in the future to prevent this from happening again. The taste might have been great, but the presentation was totally lost.
