I was really looking forward to the cake I ordered, but unfortunately, it was not packed properly and got completely ruined during transit. It was disappointing to see the cake in such a bad state when I opened the box. I hope the store improves their packaging in the future to prevent this from happening again. The taste might have been great, but the presentation was totally lost.

I had a really poor experience with Rolly polly . I used to go there every weekend for rolls tonight i ordered same as always rolls with pistachios and rubri , but the cup was half filled , To make matters worse, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. For the price, I expected better quality and accountability. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
I returned the ice cream girl showed attitude and didn’t bother to refund.
owner is very disrespectful person. if we put honest review he disrespect and use bad words against customers. i dont know why people still visiting after this owner reply with bad words. it shows how bad this guy is and his business
