Unfriendly staff. Topping quality is poor. Poor interior. Average ice cream flavours. Not even a couple of seats. Overall not good value for money.

All the toppings were in direct sunlight, the almonds smell like they are way too old.

I was excited to try their rolled ice cream after hearing so much about it, but as soon as I walked in, I lost my appetite. The place smelled like wet sponges, and the counters looked filthy. I ended up walking out and heading to Dairy Queen instead :( the girls at the counter did seem kind though.

Simran was unattentive & rude with the order & was given the false order . My order number was 18 for today . I asked for mango flavour & was given Rajbhog instead. Also the contact number on the website is wring so its very difficult to connect with them .

Simran was very rude and unattentive at times when asked to clear the confusion. Ridiculous experience sad to say this since I am a loyal customer.
