I was excited to try their rolled ice cream after hearing so much about it, but as soon as I walked in, I lost my appetite. The place smelled like wet sponges, and the counters looked filthy. I ended up walking out and heading to Dairy Queen instead :( the girls at the counter did seem kind though.

I ordered mango Mastani and she (simran) gave me Rajbhog ice cream ... My order Number is 18 can you check ....the wrong ice cream ....seriously such bad service and rude behaviour ...

Simran was unattentive & rude with the order & was given the false order . My order number was 18 for today . I asked for mango flavour & was given Rajbhog instead. Also the contact number on the website is wring so its very difficult to connect with them .

Ghatiya (terrible flavor) I got 2 flavors today absolutely disgusting. Did not taste anything like the falvour name. Won't suggest anyone to come here. Staff is so poker faced. So smile nothing, they didn't seem happy working there. Anyways won't go back there again.

The service was great. The girl who was taking orders was very professional and she explained everything so well. Keep it up!!

This place was one of my favourite when they open. Since last few months quality is drastically decreased. No freshness in toppings very old , I have doubt for hygienic . I stopped going this location. I hope reading this owner can work on quality.

Recently visited this ice cream shop and was extremely disappointed with the wait time. With only one employee working, the management has clearly failed to staff appropriately. Despite there being only six orders ahead of us, we were told the wait time would be 45-50 minutes. The management needs to address this issue immediately to ensure a better customer experience. Until then, I would not recommend this place.
