RIDICULOUS!!!! I had to pay $4 for a machine-made chai, which was just sugary water with masala powder. They don't inform customers and overcharge them for this fake tea! When I called to share my concern, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and refused to give contact details for further feedback. She kept refused from the beginning to listen, repeating “it comes like that” like a broken record. Even Tim Hortons has cheaper and BETTER CHAI. Disgustingly poor quality and terrible customer service—ended up tossing the chai. Not worth the money; won’t be returning!! Consider this a ZERO STAR REVIEW. 👎

Their uber eats has wrong images for the food items. This is confusing and makes it difficult to navigate through the app for ordering. I ended ordering two similar food items just because the images were different. Fix this issue!

I order food i ask for one item(xyz) and the answer is from royal pann (Basssss)
First of all they lied about chai and handed over readymade ( machine ) chai .. we told them we want replacement drinks because this wasn’t the chai we were looking for .. They simply refused .. they don’t know how to communicate with the customers .. not recommended at all .. will never visiting back again here .. we had to dispose the chai was just wastage of money and not worth it …

We went in here to have MANGO SHAKE and Kulfi. The attitude of one of the staff members was absolutely rude and discourteous. The mango shake had a very bad and foul smell. It also tasted like there was oil in it. Upon raising the concern, they replied rudely and it was the worst customer service we could imagine. I believe if you are running a restaurant and want to make your customers happy, at least have a bit of courtesy and be open to feedback, which was not the case. All in all, never going back there.
