I ordered 8 kashmiri chai yesterday. There was no pistachios in any of the chai. It was so embarrassing in front of my guests when I served them the worst kashmiri chai. So disappointing. The owner of this business should make sure that the staff at this location provide best service and best quality of the food and beverages to the guests.

I called just now to royal paan to order. Boy pick up the call and he have no sense of “what customer service is “ Royal paan you must hire some educated employees. Because it seems that he is not educated well how to provide services to customers and how to talk on the phone. Very poor customer service.
