Back again, but another honest review!This place hands-down serve the best Indian food and Falooda!!!Kulfi falooda is my all time favourite and i crave for it almost every next day , this place has absolutely nailed the recipie.

Unprofessional, rude & uneducated staff… doesn’t even know how to handle a customer.. this lady & a guy who’s currently working in the store didn’t listen to me, when I tried to ask for a manager they didn’t transfer me over & didn’t gave their names too..Royal Paan educate your employees how to behave…Unprofessional!!!

Probably the worst Royal paan location in terms of cleanliness, customer service and food quality. Staff believe in taking orders only and customer has to track their order. They 45 min to get the food ready but when we had it was all cold. Probably sitting around somewhere and they didn’t bothered to serve because they were busy taking orders. Th place is filthy and saw cockroaches over there.

Just visited this location at 1:30 on Saturday closing time was 3 am but they said kitchen has been closed. We came from Mississauga just to waste our time . Poor customer service and worst experience of this place.

THE MOST DISGUSTING, WORST,ROTTEN SAMOSA I EVER ATE IN MY LIFE!!!!Guys this is a genuine request to stop eating food item from this royal paan store i got few samosas from here today and after reaching home found out those were completely dipped in oil and such condition only happens when you reheat your food.. and thats what it tasted... I just had few bites and i knew this is an old samosa reheated..such pathetic food service is not acceptable.. i urge people if you have connections in food safety department please send them to this store and get it closed asap..Also the OWNERS or the store.. please have some shame and dont try to play with lives of people people trust you guys and pay but you just fool them with rotten food....
