We ordered Chhole Bhature from the Royal Paan Hurontario location last night, and it was a very disturbing experience. While eating the chhole, we found a metal/iron screw inside the food. This is extremely unsafe and unacceptable. Finding a foreign object like this raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. We were shocked and disappointed, and this has completely ruined our trust in this location. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their quality control immediately.

recently visited Royal Paan around 3 AM, and unfortunately, the customer service experience wasn’t great. The girl at the counter didn’t seem interested in helping — when we asked about the sizes of the falooda, she just said “order if you want” instead of explaining. When we politely asked her name, she refused and said they aren’t allowed to share it. It would be great if staff could be more polite and helpful, especially when customers are unsure about menu options

It’s a humble request to owner of ROYAL PAAN to give there staff a good lecture on costumer dealing bcz they don’t know how to speak , how to deal with a costumer , how to be polite and respectful. A girl was there at 3:15am date -13/10/2025 was really speechless she needs a good trainer !

I visit this place every after two days food is good no doubt but the acknowledgment of customer and greetings them is the first thing that everyone loves to receive. Here i feel that employees are not given these trainings. Specially girls . She never greeted me even never looked at my face with good expression . I worked in customer service more than 6 years and we never did this. Hi!!! Hello! With slightly smile takes nothing but makes your customer service high. Food comes later but greetings first.
