The girl WITHOUT Specs taking orders is arrogant , rude and love to argue with the clients. Owner should put cctv and see how she behaves with the clients. She fought with me over phone too when I tried to reach shop owner to make complaint. She said she is supervisor on shift today around 8pm this evening. She needs training on people skills and professionalism.

Just visted the outlet and the Manager Shyna was really rude and didn't what she was doing. When we walked in, she mentioned we are busy, after billing she said we are ready. She may have had a long day but that's no way of treating a client. Later she mentioned we can't serve you. After payment she refunded in cash saying I don't have authority to refund through machine. I believe you need to get your act right and start treating client as a client. Have visited this outlet numerous times and have off lately not had a good experience. Can do better for sure!

I have worst experience ever had in any place. Customer service was below average. I ordered pani puri we received 8 oz water which was half empty, when we requested them to provide us another one, instead of telling us that we have to pay extra , she responded very rudely that we don’t do any. I feel like restaurants owner should provide training to employee about how to talk and respond to customers. Later we ask to get extra and we ready to pay than they give another one. I feel this is ridiculous tactic to get an extra money.

Had a very worse experience. I called at your location steels and heritage around 2.15 am and your attended responded very rudely. Even Online menu is not update properly. I called twice a time for order and every time he said no we don’t have this dish. Need to improve a lot.

Ridiculously expensive paan!
Royal Paan is one of the worst businesses I have seen in Canada.
They already charge the most for a simple paan compared to any other paan shop in Ontario. And if you add or change even a small thing then they consider it a custom paan and charge you $5 or more before tax.
