I have been a customer of royal paan for years, but this location is pathetic. I ordered meetha paan and asked to put geeli supari in it, the girl on the desk refused to add saying metha paan doesn't come with supari and you have buy a packet. I mean seriously a paan without supari? The paan itself was frozen and paan patta was stale, I m never coming back to this location

Very rude behavior towards customers. Yesterday, I planned to place a pickup order over the phone, but the employee responded very unprofessionally and said he did not have time to explain the details and he was busy working in the kitchen. This is not the kind of customer service one expects. Such behavior discourages customers from ordering again. Management should seriously look into staff training.
