Though service and atmosphere are great, sadly, their Home-style pho wasn't great tasting as I expected. Broth tastes bland, noodles tasted like cheap noodles, cooked beef flank tastes like days ago.. rare beef flank tastes okay, beef balls tastes great, tho. I don't recommend this menu.

A big disappointment! The quality of the food has declined drastically since I last dined-in. There wasn’t a crowd at lunch, but the kitchen completely forgot our Tom Kha soup order and it arrived a few minutes AFTER our meal was done. The 3 shrimp that were in our soup were yummy and full of flavour, which was completely negated by the onions; which still had their sting. The mushrooms cooked at our table in the heat of the broth, which was quite lovely and flavourful. I understand things have gotten expensive, but their prices have also gone up proportionally! The appetizers came quickly, and were tasty. This is the only positive part of the meal experience. Our main course was supposed to be a Spicy Shrimp Thai Basil noodle. But the dish was low on basil, spice and flavour, and the shrimp was cold and tasteless. It seemed to have been thrown in as an afterthought!! The only redeeming feature was the condiments on the table that made it palatable. It’s safe to say I will not be eating at this location going forward.

This is my favorite Pho place in Brampton! I used to go to their old location on West drive and I was so sad when they left, but once I saw they had opened this new location I was so happy! They have the most flavorful veggie pho! Customer service is always on point here! The staff is kind, inviting and the environment is clean and modern. I truly enjoy dining here! Thank you for the excellent service, we will definitely be coming back!Vegetarian options: The veggie pho with tofu (P17)and the pad Thai are great vegetarian choices (you can always ask for no egg for the pad Thai and they will make it just to your liking)Kid-friendliness: The staff was beyond helpful and brought a high chair and a smaller bowl for my son to have some of our soup to share with him!Wheelchair accessibility: There is automatic doors and chairs that can easily be moved to accommodate wheel chair access.

The first time I went here with my family was on Valentine's Day this year -2023. I wished I didn't go there. Though I reserved a table for 3, the moment I was there the waitress told me there were no tables left. Then I found a table myself in the room , and asked to be accommodated. They did. The time we ordered the food was 7.22pm and the time the food arrived was 8.57pm. Almost 1.5 hours of wait for not so deserving food. The Thai curry was watery. calamaries were fine. Vermicelli and Satay chicken were just okay. I will not go back here and not recommend it to anyone either.

Today was my first time at Saigon House and it was good but a bit disappointing too. There were not that many people there, maybe 10-15% full. When I walked in it looked very nice and I was expecting someone to be friendly or point me to a table, maybe a friendly "be right with you" gesture if they were busy but nothing. I decided on a table and after quite a bit of waiting I decided to walk over to the counter and get some menus but they saw then came to the table. I was very happy that there were some vegan options so that's why I gave 4 stars. The food was very fresh, not so flavourful, somewhat bland actually but still glad a vegan pho option was available. After my meal I again waited for a super long time then realized that I had to go to the counter to pay. I ended up giving a decent tip but later regretted it because it wasn't very good service.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options but the server didn't really understand the word "vegan".

We stumbled across this amazing Vietnamese restaurant by accident, but was so happy we did! We ordered crispy springrolls to start which were so tasty. My daughter opted for a PHO soup (w/ chicken & beef), while I went with beef pad thai. Both were awesome! The service & atmosphere was great!

Great food and great service. The go-to spot for Brampton. Would highly recommend, and it's very clean.

Disappointed and have to go back and change review. Ordered Uber Eats and instructions not followed. Asked for Hoisin sauce instead of peanut butter for fresh rolls didn't get any. Sriracha was on the bottom of the container so very little less than a tea spoon that's not enough for even 1 bite. Honestly why so cheap?

My favorite Vietnamese go-to restaurant, like their big portions of food with never disappointed food flavor. Tried the crispy tofu for the first time, but the taste was over my expectation, great combination with the sauce??definitely order it again later on!

The restaurant is really clean, tables are fully stocked with utensils and condiments. The food is a bit more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants I’ve gone to, but the food has been consistently good. Service is sometimes a hit or miss and there has been times where the food took a while to come out. Other than that, it’s definitely my go to for fresh rolls and pho.

Workers were nice but the food took a long time. Quite pricey compared to other pho restaurants. For rice noodle soups, medium is the smallest for $12, large $13 & XL $15. Pho didn’t hit the spot, don’t think I’ll be returning.

Pho review: had the rare beef, well done beef, and tendon. Broth was excellent, a bit high on the salt, but complex and clear. Beef was arguably some of the best I've had: seasoned well, and very fresh. Portion sizes were good. Service wasn't the fastest, but at 7 minutes, is adequate. Pricing is mid range, while not the cheapest, I've had more expensive pho. It's a solid 4.5/5, less 0.5 stars for the higher salt flavour.
