Zero Stars - Extremely Disappointed

I recently ordered pakoras and samosa chaat from Samosa Sweets & Restaurant, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The food was severely lacking in taste — bland, stale, and simply inedible. The samosa chaat had no proper flavor, and the pakoras tasted like they had been sitting for hours. I couldn’t even finish the meal. Definitely not what you'd expect from a place that claims to specialize in Indian snacks. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Garbage samosas never buy they cook it in dirty oil very bad taste

Very slow service . Food has no taste. I ordered dahi chaat bhalla and chana samosa but there was no taste in it. No salt no spices. Bhalla chaat without bhalla. When we ask for salt they said we don’t have salt . I will never come back here. I will go somewhere else for eat.

I got samosey and the new spicy potato wedges. My entire family got stomach aches and were in pain the whole night after eating the food.

The samosey seem like they were fried in bad oil, they had a terrible color and smell.

It’s unfortunate that the owner’s think it’s okay to feed people bad food. This is a health concern. Restaurants like these should be inspected properly and fined for bad food safety practices. So disappointing

I waited for half an hour and finally asked about my order. They hadn't even started. Won't give me a refund and making me wait even more to get the food.

Such a bad service I bought samosas and they just fry frozen samosas not making fresh and also not giving sauce with samosa even they said you need to buy 7 samosas then they give only one ketchup which is not even enough for 2 such a bad service and very slow service even though

I went to Samosa Sweet Factory on Bramalea Road, paid for 10-15 samosas, 2 patties, and more, but when I got home, items were missing. They charged full amount and claimed they double-checked, but clearly they didn’t.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. This isn’t the first time. They cheat customers — avoid this place!
