I make a uber order and ordered cht papdi and machurian but papri tastes so tangy and even not fresh at alll Once i open the mchurian.. It's really very disappointing and smells so bad I can't even have a bite Such a waste of money

I had a very unpleasant experience at FreshCo Samosa Factory. I asked for an extra package of sauce and the staff became extremely rude and argumentative instead of handling it politely. Good customer service should be about respect and understanding, not fighting with customers over something so small. This experience has left me very disappointed and I don’t feel like coming back.

The worst food I have ever tasted. Not even a single drop of sauce in the chaat
Horrendous people skills. Store is managed by a bunch of incompetent employees who have no customer service experience. When asked about talking to the manager, was informed blatantly that manager is not available. Issue - need to place and order for a party pickup. Store informs us to place an order online on their website. Uber and other third party apps charge higher for the same order. So we decided to place the order using their website. The website was under maintenance and instructions clearly mentioned that we can call the store and place a pick up order. Upon calling the store, the rep informs us that they’ll not take any orders for pickup irrespective of whether the order is a party order. So they expect the customer to stand in the store for 15-30 mins based on their prior orders, for a party order as if the customer doesn’t have any other work on the day of the party. Big problems for businesses that once they are a little established, their customer centric approach disappears and that’s when the 1 star reviews start to show up. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went to get food and they told me there was no samosas but I saw some I told her to go look at the back and she said there’s 4 all suddenly which is really disappointing that they are sending off customers for no reason, and just wanted to say there was a hour before closing so they should make new batch.
