Tonight I ordered two tiffen, one meal combo and two tea. We waited for almost half hour. And when we reached home 2 veg were not there as of tiffn should include total of 4 veg containers and one container with one meal combo, I called to restaurant, a girl and boy kept saying that they give us everything it's us who misplaced food. Before, I also had missed item but I just ignored it. I really want to talk to owner or manager as I am also working in a food chain.It's not the way you deal with your customer.On top of that veg aloo pakoda curry was totally cold.You can have a look all the stuff they give us, I didn't even step out from my car and now we are five people to share these 3 curries. Wastage of money.Owner or manager should check cameras when they were packing our order so that they don't blame customer.
Going to this place from last 3 years and now they have hiked price tremendously and service dropped, used to get pickle and makhni with pronthe and today guy told we have to buy that extra if you want to change something at least let your staff know half of the staff say something else other half something else.

We had paranthas (gobhi and aloo pyaaz) + paneer pakore. The paranthe were amazing!!! Best I’ve had in so long. They feel light and fresh, almost like homemade. The makhan is also really good quality.
